I decided to go with the tasting menu (menu dégustation). It is a ton of food. Started with a light corn cream - flavor was delicate and smoky. The bouillabaisse was perfect - scallop beautifully done. The roasted quail was also very good. All the garnishes and sauces complement perfectly. The foie gras with the super crispy bread was excellent. Even the sherbet for palette cleansing was superb. The scallop main course in mushroom sauce was an art. I honestly was super full by the time I got to the raclette and the panna cotta but they were both amazing. Would have given them an extra star if I could!

We started with oysters from PEI and New Brunswick. Loved that they let you choose the units so we only ordered 4 (2 each). We also had as appetizer their foie gras parfait and tomatoes from our garden. Both we wonderful choices. The tomatoes were perfect for the season with a beautiful balance of tomatoes, stracciatella and focaccia. Foie is a classic and loved the grilled bread and pickled vegetables to accompany it. Our entrees were the lamb rump, braised shoulder and butcher cut steak and frites which was the hangar steak. The lamb was delicious and very hearty in a good way. The steak was perfectly prepared and the frites stayed warm the entire meal with their presentation. We ended with their house fav passion fruit pavlova. Light and airy texture with lovely flavor.
