Wonderful new Palestinian Cafe with choice of multiple dough-based sandwiches and "pizza" treats. From sweet to savory. Rich flavors and baked / fired to order in their on-site open oven ( ? Clay oven). We dined on a busy Sunday morning. Since items are made-to-order, there is a bit of a wait. Items have Westerninzed-friendly names (pizza, bagel) making it easier to navigate if you're not familiar. I had a mix-cheese bagel with a brown sugar espresso and BF had a doblex cheese zatar pizza. Excellent coffee and the bagel & pizza were so tasty! So happy that many new Palestinian establishments are bringing their flavors to Hamilton County. Located in the former Wendy's location off Parkside, nicely renovated, clean and modern. Friendly service.

I had the pastrami Manakeesh sandwich. The ingredients all tasted super fresh and the presentation was amazing. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I had never been to the restaurant before than they were patient and helped me decide on my order. I will definitely go back and try more items.

The menu consists of Antipasti, pasta, salads, and pizza. They also have desserts of tiramisu, cannelloni and cheesecake. We ordered the Amanti Della Carne pizza. It consisted of mozzarella, pepperoni, homemade sausage, signature, tomato sauce, ham, and mortadella. All pizzas are 12 inch and thin crust. Our pizza was $17. We also ordered the spring salad for $7. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The spring salad was good. The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. As mentioned there is no variety or choice of size. The pizza only comes in a 12 inch, which was eight slices. Also, there is no choice of crust thickness. It is all a reasonably thin crust. Not a cracker thin crust, but thinner than most pizzas. We really liked it. The table next to us ordered pasta. They said it was delicious. They asked our server if the pasta was made fresh in the house. The server replied that it was. Service was very good, friendly, and prompt. It appears they do a big takeout business as while we were dining we saw several people come in and pick up pizzas to go. We recommend if you were in the area

I went super basic and just got a cheese pizza, as I am a pretty basic eater. When I walked in, I was greeted happily and they were super helpful. I took the pizza to go, but there was plenty of nice seating inside. The pizza was cooked very well. Crispy but not too crispy. The sauce tasted great. All in all, I thought this was a very solid option for true pizza in Fishers and hope this place does great!

The crust and dough have an incredible texture and crunch. The sauce was fantastic. They sprinkle on some of the topics (basil) after it's cooked to make sure it stays fresh and not soggy. Even before the barstool review this has been on my list to try just from the tons of positive Google reviews. The people that complain about the wait time are missing the point - it's that popular and in demand and a small pizza shop. If you have any ounce of patience, use it and order ahead so you can try it. It's on the expensive side. All said, it's still well worth it. The pizzas are huge and very authentic New York. Hamilton county has tons of pizza places with brick oven doughy crust, but not like this New York style one. It's crusty and thin, but not doughy. Super airy and flakey - by the time you get to the last bite of the crust it's honestly messy and crumbs are everywhere. You could scrape the bottom of the pizza and hear that crackle. The tomato sauce seemed like true tomatoes, not a sauce with a bunch of additions. The Parmesan on top gave it some saltiness too. We had onions, sausage, and pepperoni toppings - they don't overload them, it's like the right amount to be able to appreciate the pizza as a stand alone and the toppings. It's locally owned too and from the interviews I've seen, you can tell they just care about making great pizza and keeping it as simple as that. Overall, I'm impressed. I'd recommend if you're a foodie and appreciate good food.
