I'm so glad this truck is near my house. The style of chicken sandwich can be in its own class without being called "Nashville Hot". The spice they add to the "Hot" is flavorful and adds a comfortable heat that plays well with the sauce and the homemade pickles. Every time we get a chance to grab one of these delights - they are delicious. It is quite a ride from our house for take out so we get the slaw and sauce on the side so the buns are not soggy. They let you sample the spices so you don't order the wrong one. Which worked out for me because their extra hot is EXTRA HOT, so I got the hot instead.
