A local mechanic shop with a good business in car inspections…read more I was referred her by a friend and Chris's automotive repair for a Massachusetts car inspection and have had our inspections done here for years. The lines can be long for inspections, especially at the first and end of the month. There is a line for inspections formed by cones. The experience varies by who you get. Two of the older mechanics have been very nice. I did have on youth in the past who was a bit kurt and may have been having a bad day. The inspection was business like and efficient. There is a small area for the owners. The inspection area is for mechanics only. Tip: Have your registration and cash payment ready. This speeds up the process. There is a sign on the wall with the amount. My mechanic today was Romy (forgive me if misspelled), and he was professional, polite, and efficient. The inspection area is clean, organised, and the floor is well swept. The is a restroom inside the mechanic area. I am not sure if it is still available for patrons. Tip: Use a restroom prior to dropping by. Repair hours, as of August 2022, are 8 AM - 5 PM. Inspection hours are 8 AM - 2 PM. However, on my visit they stayed open past 2 to serve all those in line. This is a good choice and we shall return.

Very bad Towing company! Biondi's Tow Service is awful…read more First time they towed my car they damaged my driver's door. They towed my car a second time at the property where I live even though I had the sticker attached on the back window. We have two spots that are for visitors and with a "no parking sign " attached in the wall. I parked there because my normal spot was covered with the snow. I didn't have no other options where to park so I parked in one of the two spots that are for visitors.. even though I had the sticker on, they towed me because the sign no parking. They didn't think twice or think about why I was parked there. It was my first time using one of those spots just because my normal spot was covered with snow That no parking sign is there just for other cars that doesn't belong to the property. They did that just because of money. They tow because they want money.. they don't care if you are a resident. I pay for parking and for rent. They just need the money . They are using their service to take advantage of the residence towing them. Biondi's people instead of helping the residents doing a good service they tow us . This is so unacceptable for someone that is a RESIDENT. I wasn't parked of blocking any emergency parking spot, or taking someone else's spot . Biondi's tow because they need the money only. Mercenary work. Shame on them. Shame shame shame ...

Thinking he's trying to be humorous, I give him a sarcastic answer back. This man was terribly rude and told me to go somewhere else. No customer should be treated the way this person just treated me. No way in hell I'll be giving my money to this business.

I've gone through a few cars, and I'm not ashamed to say I've used other shops around Massachusetts. I have even price-compared Daley's on a couple occasions. Every time, Daley's quoted me the best price. And I don't think I have ever, not once in 30 years, had to bring my car back because the job wasn't done right. The staff at Daley's is trustworthy, skilled, and consistent. Good prices, better service.
