This place is awesome, it just opened and has reasonably priced drinks along with a pool table and a jukebox! What's even better is the jukebox has explicit music so you can play your rap, trap, etc. The area really needed a place like this and I'm glad it opened, I definitely plan to be a regular. They also have darts and that boxing punching bag thing. Come for the beer, Mezcal, tequila, rum, etc & stay for the vibes. Service is prompt and pretty fast and efficient. Also, they're open til 1:30 which is fantastic for late night folks.

AJ's Bar is an underrated gem right on Market Street. It's refreshingly unpretentious, remarkably affordable, and consistently welcoming. In a city where many bars feel overcrowded or overly curated, AJ's offers something increasingly rare: space to breathe and relax. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartenders are genuinely friendly without trying too hard. Whether you're stopping by for a quick cocktail or settling in for a few rounds, you'll find the service prompt and the atmosphere easygoing. What sets AJ's apart is its sense of comfort. There's a pool table and darts for casual fun, and an electric jukebox that lets guests set the tone without the usual dive bar chaos. It strikes a balance -- relaxed but clean, casual but never sloppy. If you're looking for a bar where you can actually hear your friends talk, enjoy a game of pool without waiting an hour, and not feel rushed to give up your seat, AJ's is well worth your time. It's the kind of place you end up staying longer at than you planned and wanting to come back to sooner than you expected.

We came to San Fran for a concert and we wanted to stop for drinks. We found this hidden gem. Great atmosphere, good people and bartenders. Good options of drinks and supper affordable. A MUST!

By the time we arrived, the kitchen had already closed, but the staff kindly let us know that we were welcome to bring in outside food. They recommended Joyride Pizza next door, which turned out to be a great option to enjoy with our drinks. Both bartenders were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The music selection was also really good and added to the fun, lively atmosphere. We stayed until around 12:30 a.m., and even more people were coming in as we were leaving--it definitely seems like a popular weeknight spot! We had a great time and are glad we found The Lark. Good drinks, great bartenders, fun music, and a relaxed outside-food policy--what more could you ask for? We'll definitely return the next time we're in San Francisco!

Hotel Nacional and an Espresso Martini and both were expertly made. Balanced, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. They set the tone for a great afternoon. Good food, great drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere made it easy to stay longer than we originally planned. What really stood out was the overall experience. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was stylish without feeling pretentious, and the entire place had a welcoming vibe. The Lark turned an unplanned stop into one of the highlights of our day. It's definitely the kind of place you'll want to come back to and we certainly will.

Harlan was kind of just a regular bar with vintage aesthetics. There did seem to be a booth area where perhaps live music is played, but there wasn't anyone performing when we were there. The drinks are reasonably-priced as far as cocktails in SF go, at $15 a pop. We tried the El Mariachi and The Green Room, which were both starred drinks. El Mariachi was way too chili-forward and we hardly tasted any of the pineapple juice, agave nectar, or grapefruit. It was hard to finish. The Green Room just didn't seem to come together either. The spices of falnernum were a bit overwhelming and gave the drink a bitter edge; the orgeat didn't go well with the remaining ingredients either. It was also way too sweet for our tastes. Overall an okay experience. The seating is nice and the ambience is still vibey. Service was decently quick; we got our drinks in about 10 minutes. Glad I got to check this place off the list, but don't feel much of a pull to come back.

Arrived on a whim at around 6pm on a weekday and found a nice seat at the bar top. They have these little orb lights that can't be moved. Sitting in front of one takes some bar space away from you, so I changed seats to get a few more inches of space. Emilio the bartender was mega friendly and went over some items on the menu. He also told me I was right on time for the saber champagne presentation -more on that in a sec. For drinks, I ordered the Hibiscus Spice and the Paradise cocktail. Both were super fruity and delicious! I had a great time sipping on this while chatting it up with a few folks at the bar. To nibble, I can never say no to ahi tuna tartare and this one was great! The most interesting little wafers, ahi tuna with some avocado cream and a little spicy sauce. I absolutely devoured these! So good! Now for the best part, the champagne presentation! A gentleman gave a little info session on on how this process is done and at the end he took a giant to a bottle of champagne to open it. Really Cool! What made this even better was that everyone at the bar got to snag a complimentary glass. What a treat! Super cute little hour of so sitting at the bar at the St. Regis. Absolutely a little pricey, but i'ma girl who lives to spoil herself a bit. Because YOLO. Right?

There is a nice cheesy outer layer with a fluffy and somewhat yolky interior. Truffles are a nice touch but barely noticeable in taste. + Kids breakfast for $20 is nearly an adults portion. Their hash brown is a bigger slice of that tasty potato with a cheesy top. Service (2 stars) - Today is not a good day for the staff here. Either she's new or there is a lack of training, but I saw nearly every order going to the wrong table. Ambiance (4 stars) + It's St Regis so you get the posh everything - At the bar, I'm not a fan of the light that's situated on top of where I'm sitting
