From start to finish, Frank, Billy, and the entire team were professional, respectful, reliable, and truly a pleasure to work with. What stood out just as much as the quality of their work was their wonderful demeanor, patience, and willingness to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. It's refreshing to work with a team that takes pride in what they do and treats their customers with respect. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! From start to finish, Enea and his team were professional, organized, and truly skilled at what they do. I've worked with contractors before, and let's be honest--finding a reliable one in NYC isn't easy. AEC wasn't the cheapest option, but they were absolutely worth every penny. The quality of their work, the attention to detail, and their commitment to getting everything just right made all the difference. They handled everything--kitchens, bathrooms, new plumbing, electrical work, and AC unit installations--and the final result exceeded my expectations. They stayed on schedule, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure every part of the renovation was done right the first time. No shortcuts, no surprises--just solid, high-quality work. What's even better? Two of my neighbors in the building saw my apartment after AEC completed the work and were so impressed that they hired them to renovate their own apartments as well--kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, and AC units! That says everything about the kind of quality they deliver. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers real value, stands by their work, and makes the renovation process as smooth as possible, I highly recommend American Elite Contractors Inc.
