Three would be periods of time Mr Mowla and his one man team would not show up. I would send repeated texts and silence. We were good customers and paid on time. He agreed on the spot -- then never paid. Months of silence forced me to hire an attorney just to get a response. Through counsel, he has already admitted, that he owes us this refund. My mother is 83 years old and sick, and this money is needed for her medical care. Yosef Tatik has known that since May. He has let a frail, elderly woman wait for months on a refund he has admitted owing her. He took our money, did not perform any work, and has shown no urgency or decency about giving it back. Do not trust this contractor with your money or your family!
