The Ajilon Ontario Team is AWESOME!   I have read the reviews below, and will attempt to address my take on what I see in them, as well as my own experience below.   I had the privilege of working with several members of the Ontario Branch: Kerissa, Marlyn, Stephanie, even the branch's Managing Director, Roscoe, during my search for employment and was greeted by nothing but professionalism and care during my time with them. This team has over 50 years of collective experience working in the Inland Empire market, and it truly shows in their connections and the opportunities that they can find through them. I was interviewed at Ajilon multiple times, by multiple people, to understand my qualifications/experience and to hone in on exactly the type of work and culture I was seeking.   Do your part to make yourself successful in this process. Update your resume, be realistic and honest with yourself in regards to your skills and desired compensation, and gather/notify your best references and past supervisors beforehand; this will help them to find you a position more quickly and efficiently. Remember to be open to their suggestions, these people fill positions in the Inland Empire every single day, and they have evidence and experience to back up what they are telling you in regards to compensation suggestions and possible avenues for development.   Remember, that any staffing agency is an augmentation to your own personal job search efforts, not a guarantee that you will instantly get a job the moment after you speak with them. Most of the upset people below are entering the arrangement with unrealistic expectations, it seems to me. This team is a group of professionals who will leverage their network to enhance your own personal efforts to find you a job by connecting you with employers who are actively seeking (and in many cases, have not even posted yet about their opportunities) qualified applicants. Working with this team means that the hiring manager will be personally told about your qualifications by a professional whose opinion they trust, not just throwing your name into the pot with hundreds of other website/LinkedIn applicants.   The whole team is accessible and very responsive to both emails and phone calls; if they haven't responded to you, they are probably in an interview with clients and/or candidates; both of which help you to be placed in a quality position, so be patient and if you haven't heard back, follow up with them as you would with any employer you are seeking work from. Usually, if you haven't heard back from them it is because they are still working on finding you the type of opportunity you have previously discussed, dream jobs are not a dime a dozen, they are not always available at the exact moment that you are searching.   If you feel like the team is asking you to fill a position that you think would be a bad fit for you; tell them why you think that and listen to what they say back to you. Often, they are suggesting this opportunity to you because they have received information to suggest that it would be a good fit for you; the employer asked for a person with your qualifications, the team has a culture that is a match to the one you seek, it will be a good avenue to develop the skills you need to become an attractive applicant for the position you truly want, etc. At the end of the day, if you still believe this opportunity will not work out for you, be honest and explain your reasoning to them, they will continue to search for a more appropriate opportunity for you using the feedback you have given them.   My personal search took several weeks to complete from the initial interview to beginning in the job that I am in now, but I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the results. The team I am a part of now is full of people who value my contributions, share the type of culture that I was looking for in an employer, pay well, have opportunity for advancement and are within my desired commute time. This type of opportunity is well worth waiting for. Your patience and dedication will be rewarded if you follow the steps they lay out for you and do you part of the equation to become successful. Awesome opportunities are not given out, they are earned through hard work, persistence and a positive attitude.   P.S. My wife is the reason I came to the Ajilon team for help. Ajilon is a joke. I met them months ago and they are by far the most unprofessional staffing agency that I have ever came across... I worked with the management team- karissa was one of them and I can sure tell you that; they do not care at all for their employees or their employee rights. They push candidates to do jobs they do not want to do... They lie diliberly to the applicants promising jobs that they dont have... Dont work for an Agency that does not care about Ethics, that can care less about your rights!... Any other Agency is better then Ajilon. You can do better then this good for nothing agency. Absolutely the most unprofessional office I've ever worked with! Karissa has been a nightmare to work with. She doesn't listen to the type of work I am seeking. And ignores the pay I am in need of to support my family!! She's always cutting you off when your talking, talking while chewing food on the phone, shouting and it makes me cringe SHE is representing ME! I've even spoke to the regional manager about her behavior and lack of professionalism to allow me to work with another Account Manager at this office but Karissa still won't allow it! She is a bully in this office and won't allow anyone else to take on new clients. She's a disaster and I hope the manager wakes up to see that for himself and that other employees here need to be allowed to grow without this office bully!!! read more

I will not continue my search with this company. Had a great interview with Marlene, she was top of the line, and the Receptionist was very nice. However, Kerissa was unfortunately with me for only 6 minutes and completely ruined the relationship we might of had. In that time, she belittled my previous experience, tried to get me to settle for a much lesser role, and cut me off in conversation twice. Kerissa Schartner is the worst person I've ever had the displeasure of "working" with. I put working in quotations because I never actually got to see her face to face after scheduling several meetings with her. After she blew off our first meeting, I asked the ditzy receptionist to have her call me and obviously that message didn't get relayed. Then after waiting for Kerissa to call me to explain why we didn't have our meeting and an apology since I took time out of my day to go see her, which she just decided to leave early that day without bothering to contact me...I decided to contact her, but she was always unavailable. I left messages with the receptionist and left Kerissa a voice mail. I have not heard back from this so-called professional company and I doubt I will at all. In short, don't do business with Ajilon and certainly don't do business with Kerissa Schartner. read more

I had a great experience with the office in Ontario. Kerissa and Robert both were encouraging and very assertive in getting me a terrific job! There was never a breakdown in communication or any lack of professionalism. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. I have been looking for work for some time and registered with many agencies but they got me placed super fast with a terrific opportunity. LATER THAT MONTH.... I had supposedly received a job offer, complete with an email confirming my assignment as a direct placement. I was told the job would start in a few weeks, I waited and stopped interviewing and applying for jobs. In all my twenty years plus of temp-work, I never had the experience I am about to recount. I called them to get the details of my parking and time I was report to work about a week before my starting date. After several messages through email and phone left inquiring, I finally got a return call letting me know that something changed and now the client no longer is interested in hiring me (two days before I was supposed to start). Supposedly they decided not to hire for the position. Interesting, as I soon found an advertisement for the same job on line later that week. No real explanation given and no form of compensation or help from Ajilon considering the fact that I was now without a job after waiting for almost three weeks...you get the picture. The best way I can explain my experience with Ajilon is heartless. I interviewed with Liz who took all of my information and was very encouraging in setting me up with a couple of promising interviews. She took all of my information, I did the online test, sent her work samples and she never responded again. I figure this place plays the numbers games. They get as many people's information as possible to entice clients. But they feel no responsibility to respond to candidates that they told they would send out on specific interviews. Looking for a good job is frustrating. And when you are conned into felling hope only to be ignored so this staffing agency can meet their bottom line, it's frustrating. I've attempted to use this agency's services some time ago. I went to see them, dealt with the travel distance, in addition to traffic itself, in hopes of the benefiting from the selling points that was used to entice me to meet with them. After the interview, I collected and submitted some information that was required. After a couple of weeks, I contacted them since I didn't hear from them. I was told they were on the verge of reaching out to me. After that, I had a sense that I would never hear from them again and I was right. I was very disappointed and wished I read the previous reviews to avoid wasting my time. In my situation, I did not see the benefits of the interview or services. read more

Over the years. I have worked with several staffing agencies. Ajilon in other cities such as Los Angeles and New York being two of them. You would think a city like Atlanta could keep up and deliver their "proud service" in a city less competitive than those two, but they fall short by being THE worst of them all. Out of the 5+ times I had called them, I received 0 call backs. I stop in to actually speak with someone and was kept waiting for nearly an hour before the same agent who greeted me came up to me to ask if I have been helped yet. I waited another half an hour or so before I just left. Worst experience to date. read more
