I was called about an job opportunity to go see the client, Noemi said I had to come in before to apply, and I said can I come before the interview tomorrow, since I'll be out and about she said No. Now apparently everything said to any recruiter is used against you and enter into their profile records. I said Ill come in, because I was 10 minutes late to my appointment she called me to tell me the client had cancel the interview, so I didn't believe her, I called the client, and said No I never cancel the appointment. I need someone asap. Now Neomi said she wouldn't proceed to process my account, cause I was late. She is VERY , VERY cold blooded, and apparently need to watch everything you say to them, cause the use it against you. I agree with Deirdra W. this is the worst agency ever!!! read more

I saw that Kimco was having a job fair and I went. I worked with Nancy out of the Chino location. I called the next day to see if there was work for me since they didn't Place me that day. Nancy call me back within an hour and set me up with a Mercedes Warehouse job. So far it's been good it's more organized then most warehouses. and Mercedes provided free lunch for all of the staff even the temps!! I'm on lunch right now I've been trained one on one most of the morning which I really appreciate. We'll see how the rest of my experience goes here at Mercedes read more

Wow!!! This place is ridiculously unorganized!. I came in for an interview and in the process I set up for my check to be direct deposit into my bank account with the recruiter. She explained to me that pay dates are every Friday and for the days I worked one week, I will get paid the following week. However that was not the case, I do not know how their system is set up but they really need to figure out how to get it right!! The Friday my check was suppose to be deposited into my account came and there were no funds. I called my bank to see if anything was set up for direct deposit and they confirmed there was nothing. I called kimco back, concerned as to what the delay/issue was and the same recruiter that interviewed me said that they had actually set up my check to go to a global cash card!! So there was no need to give them my bank information in the first place. She said I can come pick up my card and after I activate it it will be ready to use. I had to leave my current job early to be able to come in and pick up this global cash card. When I got there, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and really helpful. She have me the envelope with the card and even apologized about the situation. I called the customer service number to activate my card and after about 45 minutes of being on hold I finally got through to someone. She asked my why I was issued a "replacement card" and I explained to her what happened. Before we hung up she said it is now ready to be used. Unfortunately that was not true either. My balance still says zero!!! I am going I make sure that everyone I know is aware of my situation and they can pass it onto others. People should not have to go through such a HORRIBLE process!!! Kimco really needs to get organized and offer the good service to employees. read more

I was in need of a typing certificate and Kimco was able to help. They give you one try to warm up and then give you 3 different 5 minutes test. You use your best score! They charge $20 dollars which is cheaper than the Chaffey Adult School that charges $25. It was so fast, there was no wait time and I just came as a walk in. They were very friendly and amicable. Omg by all means stay away from this staffing company !!! Front desk Diana was so rude and unprofessional ! It was not hard to tell she was battle a lot of personal issues and couldn't separate her personal issues from work !!! So it's safe to say I was an innocent bystander !! First thing that roll off her tongue was you forgot your second id do you wanna go hm to get it and come back !!!!! Then Naomi came out with stating she could not see me until I bring my passport in !!! The whole experience was terrible - worst staffing company ever!!! read more

I give this staffing agency five stars, Because they found me a great job. I was Head Maintenance, my duties were maintaining 186 units clean at all times, the tenets are awesome once you get to now them better. My main priority is keep the place safe for the tenets and there families and pets. I am going to miss this place because they treated me like family in Sierra Village and Kimco Staffing Services. I had the same experience as Liz. I too called the company I was to interview for to see if I might get a 2nd chance because I was unable to come in at the time given. Kimco had advised me to just not go in, since I had missed the time. The company said they would see if they could see me the next day. I waited to hear from Kimco and finally decided to call them. They were angry that I had called the company. I was told "you work for US not THEM!! why would you DO THAT??!!" Then they informed me I was terminated for not showing up to the interview. I told them that they were just angry that I called the company and the company told me different among other choice words. 5 days later I was contacted by a "Supervisor" who called me twice. I asked him to stop calling me. So he the texted me to " STOP CONTACTING OUR CLIENT!!" I let them know they had no right to contact me, as THEY were the ones who terminated ME, and that I could contact whomever I pleased. I will never work with such an unprofessional agency again. read more

I had an appointment at Kimco Staffing on Wednesday, by Friday they had already found a part-time position for me. The staff was very professional. Monique the recruiting specialist worked her magic. She was very patient and gave me tips on updating my resume, she really went to bat for me. They really care at Kimco. Do your part and come prepared, set an appointment, have all your test taken, resume in hand, and they will guide you the rest of the way. My experience at Kimco was great!
