The whole process was completely easy and not complicated at all. I applied online first then reached out by phone and was scheduled in for the next day for a interview. Upon arrival I had to sign a paper and take a little test which was fairly quick. I had a interview with Emily which she was very informative, professional and helpful the express website had a issue being down but once I got was able to complete my onboarding. Id like to give this agency the worst possible rating I can give by far. when I walked In I was told to do the process online. The online application took so much time to do for no reason. Most agencies dont offer the same excessive online application too apply. AND THAT WAS JUST THE FIRST HALF On top of that they give you a paper asking you unknowledgeable questions like a 6 grade math test for NO relevant reason. I remember there was a dumb question on it... "along the lines of "if you lived, 5 miles from work and you walk to work it takes 5 min to get to work by car how long will it take you to walk too work" such stupid questions that doesn't even apply to ones eligibility too even get a job. I refused too fill out those dumb questions, the second half of applying a really annoying recruiter interviewed me. She kept talking so fast I didnt even understand any word that came out of her mouth and I kept asking her too repeat herself she didnt show signs of slowing down as she continued too interview me. Which I took as disrespectful While she was interviewing me one of the other recruiters asked if she had someone to fill a job for the following day and suggested a girl to her, she then replied rudely and said "she is not fit for the job" and continued to give her reasons why they shouldn't place her for that specific job, it made me uncomfortable" I was even more uncomfortable when she called a guy that applied with her "cute saying she hopes he comes back tomorrow" right infront of my face. I was disgusted and downright bothered by how she was acting. The most unprofessional agency I've ever encountered. Not to mention they play music and sing along to it so loudly it's so annoying these girls don't care about getting you a job. They only care about making money and annoying you Save yourself the time and never come to this agency. I like my job site but I had to leave for over a week because I got sick from Covid and was Not told that I could qualify for Covid pay. After filling the Covid pay sheet I saw they also didn't mention I was supposed to take a test at their office or a testing site(I took three government Covid tests). I was told to return back into work but I didn't know I could still quarantine if my kids were still positive. I didn't know these were all things I had to ask for on my own I just assumed agencys you work for would help you during this time. I don't know how this place gets 5 stars, my whole experience was regrettable and I wish I had kept up with my own search. When I first arrived I wasn't greeted, a girl was being trained and I had to wait for her and her trainer to finish their conversation. I don't mind people training people but at least acknowledge me and get me processed then go back to the training. I sat down with a rep(can't remember her name) and she was very off-put by the fact that I have a disability and wanted her to know I couldn't do labor or warehouse. I felt like she didn't like me much and just said she'll let me know if anything comes up. I have my degree and lots of work experience so imagine my surprise when I didn't receive any phone calls or emails for about a year. Keep in mind I also went onto their website to apply for their jobs and always had to call the office and be told that the position was already filled. They put no real effort to help me. I managed to get a job a month back but I let them know I was still actively looking for a job that met my skill set and career path. Jasmine found me an interview and I was excited but I let them know hey I have a job, please schedule the interview after I get off in the early afternoon . Jasmine said not a problem, got a call back and she said it was set for a date I worked at the time I worked. I told her I might not be able to make it since someone already called off for that date. Jasmine called Monday to ask why I never showed and I told her that I couldn't just drop everything to go, that's why I needed a later time or a time on the 2 days I had off. She said she'll work with me. We scheduled another date and time. I received a text with an address and when I went to the listed location the representative said they had no idea who I was nor why I was there. I called the Express office immediately and was met with Jasmine is in a meeting and no one knows what happened to your appointment. I wasted my time , gas , and effort getting to the appointment and came out empty handed. I called for Jasmine several times and the secretary kept saying she was out and/or at lunch. Finally 2 weeks later after leaving messages I called once more today to ask what went wrong that day. She said that I lost the job opportunity because of the 2 mishaps and I said wait why 2???? I explained to Jasmine prior that I can't leave me my job at the drop of a hat and she still scheduled me for a time I wasn't available . This would make it her own mishap not my own. Then she said the 2nd appointment I was a no-show. Jasmine goes on to tell me that in her notes the company for which I was to interview for was told I got lost and didn't show. I have gone to many,many interviews throughout LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino County. I also drive for Lyft, I don't EVER get lost. To be told that was an insult to my intellect and a slap to the face. I have the text message Jasmine sent of the appointment along with location and time. I have her voicemails, I wasn't in the wrong place, she gave me incorrect information, purposely sabotaged my chances of getting a job that I had a great chance to fit into, and lied to my face about what went wrong. She took no responsibility when she knew what she did was awful. I told her my experience was awful and she talk over me telling me she knows how I feel. She has no idea how I feel and was not letting me finish talking so I hung up on her. I recommend folks think real hard before joining up with this agency, unless you a laborer, they won't help you with anything for a long time and sadly bills come every month. read more

Have been calling continuously since June 25 and they keep telling me they're having "slow days" and that they'll mark me available. Previous to that they had me going to interviews in and I never once got a call back after the interview to let me know what the employer said. Everytime I go into their office they're always talking about employees and gossiping in their cubicles and take forever to take me in so i can speak to someone. They are so bad at getting back to you. I sent my updated resume like they asked and the receptionist said she had sent it out to employers and here we are 3 weeks later and i haven't received a call back.
