I had a very disappointing experience. I called in sick due to a funeral and decided to take care of my typing certificate afterward. I called ahead and was told to bring cash and my ID. When I arrived and handed over $100, they informed me they didn't have change, which I felt was not my responsibility. The assistant told me that her boss informed her I had to go get change, sorry not my job. After taking the first test, I received a low score, and when I attempted the second test, I waited 15 minutes for the results only to encounter a glitch in the system. I ended up wasting over an hour of my time. Given the poor service and lack of consideration for customers' time, I decided not to pay and left feeling very frustrated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I went to take the typing test and first let me say that Anna the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was trying to reach a certain amount of words per minute and when I didn't get there after my 3 tries she told me I could come back and try again. I did and I ended up reaching my goal! She was so patient and encouraging and that's the best thing anyone could want when trying to reach a goal. Great, organized and helpful place! I came to Arrow staffing as it was ranked as one of the highest rated agencies. At first they were all polite and helped me and my husband find a job in accordance with our schedules. After landing a Job at Monster down in Fontana, I noticed in my paychecks that I would only get a little bit of money. That was my first like "wth" moment after dealing with some troublemakers at that work and having confronted it in a respectful and mutual manner about 5 people were let go the following couple of days including myself. They had called me in to go to work but was let go after having worked about 1.5 hours and for that paycheck I was not paid my 4 hours as they should have done. I do not recommend this agency as they offer crappy jobs in crappy places. If you're not liking the job and try to contact them it might take days to get their response and that's only if you're bugging them. 2/10 for this place, never again coming here. read more

I've been here twice now and both times I was greeted and helped very quickly. I came in to take a typing test. Leticia was so nice and explained how I would log in to the computer and access the test. She was busy with phones and other people coming into the office but she was polite and courteous to everyone as she multi-tasked and helped all of us. Fortunately the beginning process is really short if you apply online before (unlike other places it's time consuming) Matt has been beyond great & I got the best job ever! They have options & in my opinion I loved the fact that I got a temp to hire job and worked around my schedule for the holidays (going on a 2 week trip) everyone's totally cool with it and that was my main fear of not getting a job that would work around it! I got a job threw this agency, pretty quick, they told me they were going to pay me $11 an hour, I thought well it's better then nothing. I worked at the place, and found out that the other 3 people from the agency got paid 12 an hour, and they are barely 18. I have 6 years of warehouse experience, I do not see why they got paid more, If I do more work. They only had 2 weeks more then me at the job. So I ignored that. 2 months later they got a new guy and he told me they pay him 12 an hour! and he said that was his first warehouse job. He is 19. Now the company hired me On. BUT they said they can only pay me the same amount as the agency!!!!! The agency screwed me over and now I get paid less then the guy from the Agency. read more

Don't bother applying here at all please save your time. My situation is like this, I applied a night before and got called to go in for an interview the next day with a staffing representative. On the phone I clearly told him if the position I was interested which I saw on their web page was still available and he said yes. So I carried on with asking a few questions which they said they can't tell me much unless I go in. So I get there and I she to fill out another application this on in paper even though I had filled one out the night before. It was asking for ridiculous stuff and it included a math test and some other kind of tests felt like I was in school. Made no sense or even relateable to a warehouse position. Anyways so I took an hour to finish that so called application which they asked for a lot considering they are a staffing agency. While I was waiting for an agent to be free i kept hearing the receptionist answering the phone (5-6 times) saying I will put you down as available so that tells me they have no jobs available. So finally I speak with an agent tell them about my job history etc and what do you know ! The job I wanted has been taken and the pay I'm asking for is too much. I was only asking for $11 ? Haha how is that too much. They tried to send me to chino for $10 hour yeah um no thanks. Thanks for wasting my time arrow staffing hopefully others won't do the same. read more
