Tim Romero reached out to me for a position and asked me to tailor my resume for a specific skill. I did so immediately. After I sent it, he completely ghosted me. I called the next day only to be told they were looking for a candidate with a degree. The fact that I don't have one was on my resume from the start. This whole process feels so disrespectful and frustrating. He wasted my time and lacked the decency to communicate professionally read more

So grateful to this team. Job hunting in the Inland Empire is no joke. This team will give you the same energy and effort you give them. I sent my resume via email after seeing an ad on Indeed. I have had no luck with staffing agencies in the past but a mom must feed her fur babies so I was willing to try anyway. The initial response was within one day. I went through my interview with the agency first (over the phone). Noemi pimped out my resume and got me placed within one week! Of course, I did my part by being responsive and completing all paperwork timely. When you're desperate you put in the work.. The highlight of this experience is that I was placed on an assignment that was above the pay rate that I had requested. Let that sink in.. I have never expected or gotten so much out of a staffing agency. Roth Ultimate Staffing really came through for me and exceeded all of my expectations. Nidia met me on assignment on my first day to make it easy and provide reassurance. Noemi even advocated for me and got me hired at my assignment before my time there was up! You have nothing to lose. Give this agency a shot. Just make sure to do your part! They aren't babysitters after all. read more

The quality of professionalism is unprecedented! Nidia was very quick to help me find not just a job, but she paired me with a wonderful company that has a career path. Nidia was thorough and very helpful in coaching for interviews and resume tips! She definitely went above and beyond and I'm thankful! read more

Ethan Polasek has been such a great and helpful support! From beginning to end he asissted me throughout the process, kept open communication, and always made sure he could do everything he could. I could always reach out to him if I needed anything and he was always willing to help me as well. I highly reccomend Ethan and his services for anyone else. It's been a great pleasure having to met him and go through Ultimate Staffing's services. read more

I applied towards the end of 2017 & ultimate staffing got me a direct hire placement Immediately, i even had 2 other offers on the table which I shared with the reps but the position with Ultimate Staffing was wayyy to good to pass up!!! Just a little FYI to people that are not getting called back. Most likely the position Ultimate staff had considered you for, Their clients/Customers did not see the same potential in you. Which is why you probably did not get a call back. unfortunately, this makes the agency look like that bad guys. Just stay positive people and if a location is not working out in your favor, try indeed or amazon , there's work for everyone now a days. read more

The best word to describe this company is, "Useless." My experience with them began when I got a temp job by interviewing directly with the employer. That employer then informed me that they contracted with Ultimate Staffing to handle their temp workers, and that I would need to submit my information to Ultimate and get paid through them. While I was still working at the temp job, things went more or less smoothly after an initial problem with my direct deposit. I submitted my time cards every week and got paid, but otherwise had no contact with Ultimate. Once the temp contract ended, suddenly the staff at Ultimate became impossible to reach. Emails went unreturned, phone calls and messages went unanswered. After a few months working freelance, I decided to try again with a different branch at Ultimate Staffing, hoping for a different outcome by dealing with different personnel. There was no improvement in results. I was initially told that the Ontario office needed permission from the other branch I had worked with before they could help me. A week went by with no word from Ultimate, and when I inquired about the situation, they gave me the brush-off saying, "We do not have any job opportunities for you anyway." If you're looking for work, save your time and energy, look somewhere else. read more

If you're looking to pivot into your next career or you are simply looking for the launching pad into your desired field, look no further than Ultimate Staffing Services. I cannot share how professional, diligent, caring and hardworking their offices and recruiters are. They truly do everything in their power to learn their clients, match their clients, and see them step into the job of their dreams. With their vote of confidence and guidance I've been fortunate enough to join an incredible company and I can't help but thank Ultimate Staffing Services and their staff for helping me with my knowledge of the company, my interview prep and my overall candidate presentation to their client. A big thank you to Elaine Smith and Noemi Rodgers out of the Ontario office, for truly believing in me and helping me land my new job. You ladies are Outstanding. Please ask for them if you are in the Inland Empire Area! read more

Pathetic. Incompetent. Useless. These words explain my lengthy experience with Ultimate staffing and their rep Nidia. From beginning to end they didn't help me. I had to make the initial phone call to come in. I had to make nearly every. Single. Follow up call to see if they were even trying to find me a position. The only times she presented anything, twice within a month, they were under my salary requirements and not at all what I wanted. I was very specific in my search and kept getting the run around. In late Nov. I grew desperate after nearly a month of NOTHING. I saw a completely different rep emailing about positions. I called Nidia and asked why I hadn't been told about it. She gave some BS answer and asked if I wanted it. I got the position but ended up turning it down. Going thru the process for hiring was doing entirely too much for a job I didn't even want. I ended up finding my own damn job on Indeed. Exactly what I was looking for. What's funny is, even though I found a job, I never told them that. But they just stopped contacting me altogether. Lmao what?! Pathetic. Go somewhere else. Maybe other branches of this company are competent but this branch? Not so much. Just take your time on Indeed and find a position for yourself. This was my first experience with a temp agency and I'm fairly certain it'll be my last Lmao, nobody's "contacted me this week" . Y'all can keep it. read more

I didn't have a good experience with this staffing agency either. I spoke with a Ethan from the Ontario branch, he contacted me through LinkedIn saying he had a position for me at a call center type of job, I went in to speak with Ethan in person and it turned out I had just interviewed with that company a few weeks ago, Ethan said he'd figure out why they still hadn't called me back after the interview and he even told me about other job opportunities that he thought could work for me and that he'd get back to me about both those matters, I got excited because some of those other job opportunities he told me about sounded great but it's been over a month now and still haven't heard back from him at all. When I left the offices he also asked me when I'd be available again that week to go back to talk more about the new job opportunities he had mentioned to me, I told him I was free that Friday and instead of giving me an appointment before I left, he said he'd call me back that day or the next to give me an appointment for Friday because he had to check his schedule! That's when I started to get the feeling I wasn't going to be helped there because why couldn't he check his schedule then and there and have me leave with a next appointment already???!!Well, it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for him to check his schedule and get back to me with a next appointment! He also kinda had this way of being that made me feel like he was bored with me and wasn't really interested in helping me, that's why even though I haven't heard back I haven't reached out either, really unprofessional if you ask me, for an organization to say they're going to do something and then just keep you waiting and forget about you read more

I wish I could put six stars, just because I previously had had such a bad experience with Ultimate Staffing when I lived in San Diego, that I was not going to EVER use Ultimate again. But it was not the case in this instance. I moved from San Diego to the Inland Empire just about a year ago and after settling down and unpacking, I started signing up with every staffing agency in the area (blanket the area with my existence) and while I was at it, I thought "What the Hell" let me give Ultimate another stab at it. I contacted their office and got an appointment with Annie Williams for the next day. I handled the appointment just like all the other appointments with the staffing agencies in the area, professionally dressed, resume freshly printed out and a basket of homemade Almond Roca. Butter them up, that's my philosophy. For the next three months, Ultimate Staffing and Annie were the only agency that consistently kept in contact with me, having me go on interviews, offering advice, etc. Not even when I kept in contact with the other agencies, Ultimate was the only one that kept in contact back. (Robert Half Agency, you should be ashamed! Even after 3 vocal messages and endless emails, NOBODY ever contacted me back - you missed out on some serious money made off of me!) After three months of no luck or success, Annie suggested making some changes in my resume. Stating that companies in the Inland Empire look at resumes differently than in San Diego, I took Annie's advice and made the necessary changes. That week I was offered three different positions, one of which landed me my DREAM JOB! I worked the necessary hours needed to release me from my contract with Ultimate, at which time I was hired as a permanent employee. Even during my temporary tenure, Monica (who took over when Annie transferred) kept in contact with me to make sure I was all right and happy. She even stopped by during Administrators Day and Christmas with a gift for myself and the other temporary employee who also worked here. Ultimate, you went above and beyond! I am so happy that I decided to give them another try!!!! Call them and ask for Monica - tell em Danelle sent you! read more

I had the hardest time trying to find a job after college. I was so sure that a college degree was going to get me a great paying position. However, the only job offer I received was a part time art teaching position that barely paid for my car. I loved the people there, but I couldn't afford to continue working for them. I spoke with Kiona and Dana, and told them my situation. They were both so sweet to me. Everyone at that office made my experience nothing short of remarkable. I was placed in a great company that truly values the employees. I couldn't have done this on my own so quickly. Ultimate Staffing wanted to make sure I was placed in a great job that I fit in before I got married. Each and every one of those employees rock!. Thank you for your time and care. They found my resume and contacted me on a Wednesday, I got a phone and in person interview with a company the next day, The following Friday i got the call, that the company wanted me to start the following Monday. I met Antoinette and a few other people at the Ontario branch and every single one of them was extremely friendly and helpful. Annie with Ultimate is the best... She made the process of filling out all my paperwork online very simple. She quickly responded to my messages while filling out my paperwork. When I came to this office to complete my hire package she went out of her way to make sure I knew how to log in , told me about the smartphone application. Never did she make me feel rushed or that I was taking up her time. I have worked in the past with another temp agency which does not even come close to working with Ultimate and Annie. read more

I went to meet with Noemi Johnson on Wednesday. Within an hour of me leaving her office, she had a position to submit me for. She called me on Friday to tell me that her client wanted to interview with me on Monday. My interview was at 11:00 am. I was told to do some research on the company, dress professional and be early. I was early, I did the research and I dressed professional. And by 1:45 that same day, I was offered the position and they wanted me to start the next day. Not even a week and Noemi found me a job. She is a rockstar!! I am so impressed with the tools and information that Ultimate Staffing provides so that I could have a successful interview. It really did work!! Thank you!!! read more

I had been looking for employment and applied for a position posted by Ultimate Staffing. I received a phone call from Craig Wong and set up an appointment for the next day to get started and go over my resume. I can't say enough about how helpful this agency and especially Craig was in helping me to get a position. He worked with me during our meeting to revamp my resume, set up a video resume and got me an interview within the following week for an energy company [I was offered a position with the company but ultimately declined for another position offering more $ **I know for a fact I got the interview with the 2nd company because of Craig's help with my resume.**] Everyone at this staffing agency is incredible professional and helpful; they really just want to help you get a job, even if it's not through them [sounds like a sales pitch I know but it's the truth]. The receptionist is incredibly nice and his manager Steve Anderson was extremely helpful and without Craig's help with my resume and taking the time during our interview to prep me for how to approach any interview I got [along with an email with prep interview questions] I can say without a doubt I wouldn't have gotten the interview and position that I currently have now. If you're looking for employment and have tried going through every other site [Monster/Linkden/Career Builder/Craigslist/etc] and haven't had any success try Ultimate Staffing. They will work with you to create a better resume that hiring managers will actually look at and find you employment. read more

Since my first time going into ultimate I met with Monica and she was awesome! I went in earlier in the year and this journey has been not the easiest for me. I went on plenty of interviews but for whatever reason I was having a bad luck streak. I was so down on myself thinking it was me. Monica never gave up on me and fought for me and my abilities the entire time. She was attentive, caring, down to earth, and was always my cheerleader. This woman genuinely cares and she's the brightest little ball of sunshine! Monica, Jeremy, Noemi and the entire staff are truly amazing people who love what they do and go above and beyond for you. Today was my lucky day and i finally landed the perfect job! Everything I wanted. The entire team congratulated me and gave me hugs and warm wishes and Monica almost cried she was so happy for me! She even got me a congratulatory gift! I love these people and this company and if you need much needed help like I did please do you a favor and see them! You will not regret it. This has been an experience I will never forget and I couldn't be more thankful cuz I could NOT have gotten a job without them. read more

I initially thought this location was awesome until I had the experience of dealing with Kiona. Kiona, not only is she professionally sarcastic, she is just plain and simply rude. I had some issues on my assignment in regards to the agency not being upfront about things and when I confronted her, she was unapologetic. I recommended this agency to friends and family in the beginning, but now not so much. Beware. I will mention as a side note, if you MUST use this agency for whatever your reasons, I recommend speaking with Brian. Brian was always nice and professional with me. read more

Do not do business with this company, they're very rude and inconsiderate. Save your gas and time don't waste it on this company. The receptionist and managers need more training in customer service. Watch out for Judy, their treatment of others reflects poorly on their business. I was sent away after wanting to apply to use their services in front of other people. I couldn't understand why I was being scolded by the receptionist knowing I'm a customer?! Best Agency by far! I was unemployed and started job hunting on my own at first and wasnt having any luck. I decided to apply with several different job agencies thinking one of them would find me a job, But Nothing ! I was getting completely discouraged, thinking there was something wrong with me, but then I spoke to a friend who gave me some advice; she suggested I apply with a different agency because the other ones weren't doing their job. So I googled agencies and came across Ultimate Staffing. I called and they were super friendly. Told me to come in that evening. I met with Monica Gutierrez who is so professional, smart and friendly. After our interview she assured me that she would be working hard to find me employment and I believed her ! I even called my husband on the way home telling him that I had a good feeling about this agency and That they were going to find me something soon, I could feel it! Sure enough, a few days later Monica reached out to me and told me of a few opportunities that I may be interested in and wanted to let me know she was working hard to find me employment! Then the next day after that she set up an interview with an Employer and I got the job! I've been working for my Employer for a month now and I am super happy !! Monica is amazing and the whole staff at ultimate staffing is awesome ! They are Very professional and take their job seriously and work very hard !! Thank you Ultimate Staffing ! read more

Regardless of my education level ( I have a bachelors degree) I knew finding a well paying job was going to be difficult especially without a lot of professional experience. I got in contact with Kiona in hopes of finding a job. My experience was fantastic. Upon first speaking with Kiona, she was honest about the availability of jobs that were of interest to me. I respected that and I decided to keep in contact with her EVERY WEEK for a few weeks like she had requested of me. GREAT DECISION!!!! About a month into my search she had THREE interviews lined up for me within one week! I was a bit overwhelmed but very excited. Long story short,I got a job!! Not only did I get a job, I got a job that fit my needs financially as well as my personality and my schedule. I couldn't be more happy with the direction my life is going. The really cool thing about Kiona is that not only did she get me in contact with a company that could use me, upon thanking her for her help she also reassured me that I did half the work during the interview. So nice of her, I highly recommend speaking with Kiona. read more
