So grateful to this team. Job hunting in the Inland Empire is no joke. This team will give you the same energy and effort you give them. I sent my resume via email after seeing an ad on Indeed. I have had no luck with staffing agencies in the past but a mom must feed her fur babies so I was willing to try anyway. The initial response was within one day. I went through my interview with the agency first (over the phone). Noemi pimped out my resume and got me placed within one week! Of course, I did my part by being responsive and completing all paperwork timely. When you're desperate you put in the work.. The highlight of this experience is that I was placed on an assignment that was above the pay rate that I had requested. Let that sink in.. I applied towards the end of 2017 & ultimate staffing got me a direct hire placement Immediately, i even had 2 other offers on the table which I shared with the reps but the position with Ultimate Staffing was wayyy to good to pass up!!! Just a little FYI to people that are not getting called back. Most likely the position Ultimate staff had considered you for, Their clients/Customers did not see the same potential in you. Which is why you probably did not get a call back. unfortunately, this makes the agency look like that bad guys. The best word to describe this company is, "Useless." My experience with them began when I got a temp job by interviewing directly with the employer. That employer then informed me that they contracted with Ultimate Staffing to handle their temp workers, and that I would need to submit my information to Ultimate and get paid through them. While I was still working at the temp job, things went more or less smoothly after an initial problem with my direct deposit. I submitted my time cards every week and got paid, but otherwise had no contact with Ultimate. Once the temp contract ended, suddenly the staff at Ultimate became impossible to reach. Emails went unreturned, phone calls and messages went unanswered. After a few months working freelance, I decided to try again with a different branch at Ultimate Staffing, hoping for a different outcome by dealing with different personnel. There was no improvement in results. I was initially told that the Ontario office needed permission from the other branch I had worked with before they could help me. A week went by with no word from Ultimate, and when I inquired about the situation, they gave me the brush-off saying, "We do not have any job opportunities for you anyway." If you're looking for work, save your time and energy, look somewhere else. read more

Pathetic. Incompetent. Useless. These words explain my lengthy experience with Ultimate staffing and their rep Nidia. From beginning to end they didn't help me. I had to make the initial phone call to come in. I had to make nearly every. Single. Follow up call to see if they were even trying to find me a position. The only times she presented anything, twice within a month, they were under my salary requirements and not at all what I wanted. I was very specific in my search and kept getting the run around. In late Nov. I grew desperate after nearly a month of NOTHING. I saw a completely different rep emailing about positions. I called Nidia and asked why I hadn't been told about it. She gave some BS answer and asked if I wanted it. I got the position but ended up turning it down. Going thru the process for hiring was doing entirely too much for a job I didn't even want. I ended up finding my own damn job on Indeed. Exactly what I was looking for. What's funny is, even though I found a job, I never told them that. But they just stopped contacting me altogether. Lmao what?! Pathetic. Go somewhere else. Maybe other branches of this company are competent but this branch? Not so much. Just take your time on Indeed and find a position for yourself. This was my first experience with a temp agency and I'm fairly certain it'll be my last Lmao, nobody's "contacted me this week" . Y'all can keep it. read more

I didn't have a good experience with this staffing agency either. I spoke with a Ethan from the Ontario branch, he contacted me through LinkedIn saying he had a position for me at a call center type of job, I went in to speak with Ethan in person and it turned out I had just interviewed with that company a few weeks ago, Ethan said he'd figure out why they still hadn't called me back after the interview and he even told me about other job opportunities that he thought could work for me and that he'd get back to me about both those matters, I got excited because some of those other job opportunities he told me about sounded great but it's been over a month now and still haven't heard back from him at all. When I left the offices he also asked me when I'd be available again that week to go back to talk more about the new job opportunities he had mentioned to me, I told him I was free that Friday and instead of giving me an appointment before I left, he said he'd call me back that day or the next to give me an appointment for Friday because he had to check his schedule! That's when I started to get the feeling I wasn't going to be helped there because why couldn't he check his schedule then and there and have me leave with a next appointment already???!!Well, it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for him to check his schedule and get back to me with a next appointment! He also kinda had this way of being that made me feel like he was bored with me and wasn't really interested in helping me, that's why even though I haven't heard back I haven't reached out either, really unprofessional if you ask me, for an organization to say they're going to do something and then just keep you waiting and forget about you read more

I wish I could put six stars, just because I previously had had such a bad experience with Ultimate Staffing when I lived in San Diego, that I was not going to EVER use Ultimate again. But it was not the case in this instance. I moved from San Diego to the Inland Empire just about a year ago and after settling down and unpacking, I started signing up with every staffing agency in the area (blanket the area with my existence) and while I was at it, I thought "What the Hell" let me give Ultimate another stab at it. I contacted their office and got an appointment with Annie Williams for the next day. I handled the appointment just like all the other appointments with the staffing agencies in the area, professionally dressed, resume freshly printed out and a basket of homemade Almond Roca. Butter them up, that's my philosophy. For the next three months, Ultimate Staffing and Annie were the only agency that consistently kept in contact with me, having me go on interviews, offering advice, etc. Not even when I kept in contact with the other agencies, Ultimate was the only one that kept in contact back. (Robert Half Agency, you should be ashamed! Even after 3 vocal messages and endless emails, NOBODY ever contacted me back - you missed out on some serious money made off of me!) After three months of no luck or success, Annie suggested making some changes in my resume. Stating that companies in the Inland Empire look at resumes differently than in San Diego, I took Annie's advice and made the necessary changes. That week I was offered three different positions, one of which landed me my DREAM JOB! I worked the necessary hours needed to release me from my contract with Ultimate, at which time I was hired as a permanent employee. Even during my temporary tenure, Monica (who took over when Annie transferred) kept in contact with me to make sure I was all right and happy. She even stopped by during Administrators Day and Christmas with a gift for myself and the other temporary employee who also worked here. Ultimate, you went above and beyond! She called me on Friday to tell me that her client wanted to interview with me on Monday. My interview was at 11:00 am. I was told to do some research on the company, dress professional and be early. Since my first time going into ultimate I met with Monica and she was awesome! I went in earlier in the year and this journey has been not the easiest for me. I went on plenty of interviews but for whatever reason I was having a bad luck streak. I was so down on myself thinking it was me. I received a phone call from Craig Wong and set up an appointment for the next day to get started and go over my resume. I can't say enough about how helpful this agency and especially Craig was in helping me to get a position. He worked with me during our meeting to revamp my resume, set up a video resume and got me an interview within the following week for an energy company [I was offered a position with the company but ultimately declined for another position offering more $ **I know for a fact I got the interview with the 2nd company because of Craig's help with my resume.**] Everyone at this staffing agency is incredible professional and helpful; they really just want to help you get a job, even if it's not through them [sounds like a sales pitch I know but it's the truth]. The receptionist is incredibly nice and his manager Steve Anderson was extremely helpful and without Craig's help with my resume and taking the time during our interview to prep me for how to approach any interview I got [along with an email with prep interview questions] I can say without a doubt I wouldn't have gotten the interview and position that I currently have now. I initially thought this location was awesome until I had the experience of dealing with Kiona. Kiona, not only is she professionally sarcastic, she is just plain and simply rude. I had some issues on my assignment in regards to the agency not being upfront about things and when I confronted her, she was unapologetic.
