Unfortunately, that year we called too late and weren't able to meet with Bhaumik--we only dropped off our paperwork. This year we scheduled early and were lucky to get an appointment the same day. Several years ago, I was referred to Karin by a family friend. Since then, she has provided…read morereliable and accurate accounting and tax services for myself and my businesses. The reports sent to me every quarter are very clear and the attention to detail is fantastic. Every item that I send in is addressed and her office is more than willing to reach out for more information so that things are recorded properly. I really appreciate that kind of thoroughness. I look forward to my tax appointment every year. Karin is extremely easy to talk to and is always happy to patiently explain anything that I don't understand (which is a lot when it comes to these kinds of things). On top of her professionalism and volumes of knowledge on all things tax, Karin is so kind. She remembers and asks about my kids every year even though she's never even met them. Even the receptionists make a point to go out of their way and make sure everything is taken care of before and after the appointment. That's real customer service if you ask me. To be honest, it makes me sad that I only get to visit the office once a year! If you're in the market for a CPA, I highly recommend Karin.

I had been in the same industry for many years and my resume was stale and tired. Jodi spent the time with me on the phone to understand what I was looking for and what I had been doing. I thought this personal touch was awesome, some services I had looked at, all the contact was by email only, and for more money... She is very professional, asks many questions and you can tell she has a strong background in Recruiting. I was VERY happy with the results. I chose the Resume and Cover letter package. Is it worth having a professional resume? All I can say to that is that I had been getting nowhere in my job search, Jodi gave me some tips and along with my new resume I had interviews lined up within 4 weeks. Thank you Jodi. I have and will continue to refer you to my friends and colleagues.

Be careful applying for this company. First off they don't tell you where their exact location is…read more They had me do two portions of an application that they sent in via text message. They convinced me that I was fit for a lead position in Fontana so I went in for an "in person" interview and they had me do a whole new application on paper. that's just off. I did it anyway. And as soon as I was done with everything they dropped a bomb on me asking me if I'm certified forklift operator through OSHA. Who in the world does that now a days. I've been a forklift driver for many years and this is the first time I've ever heard this. Typically the company certifies you through them! So I wasted all that time and they didn't want to give me an important tip of it all. They know that it's difficult to find someone with that certification. Because I don't know ANYBODY who has that certification through out my 10 plus years in forklifting. So make sure to point that out before wasting time with this unorganized agency. They don't care about your time. They care more about their compensation.
