I'm giving a 1 star because I spoke to Mireya over the phone she let me know they had an opening and I would be about to start on Monday if I went in the following day to apply we set an appointment for the following day to start the application. Once I finished the application she said she would text me all the job details. However, she didn't text me and I called her all for her to tell me she will call me Monday to see if I can start Tuesday and that she would follow up with me. She failed to follow up or even update me. She made no effort whatsoever in the weeks to come to get me a job since she promise one. In the future never tell someone they are promised a job if you are not sure. There for this is the reason I give this staffing a 1 star. read more

The Office Supervisor, Sandra Benavides, is exceptional and very thorough. So far the best employment agency I've come across! I couldn't be happier with TeamQuest services because this office really knows what they are doing. Not only was Sandra wonderful (professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prepared) to interview with. She graciously accommodates a rush schedule. Moreover, the actual brief interview, of course, was handled perfectly and some paper work. Right away she was able to secure me a job interview. Teamquest Staffing Services is a joke. Just a bunch of silly girls in position of power that will Not give work out. I call for a job that I seen on Craigslist ad looking for warehouse work. The front desk receptionist answer and told me to come down and fill out an application, pass a drug test and that I will start working this afternoon. When I went down there to the office I filled out a piece a paper not an application and met this girl that should've been working in a strip club instead in a office offering men a job, wearing little skimpy short skirt. Ask a few questions and then proceeds to tell me that the Job was unavailable, when the woman just told me to come down and take a drug test. read more

This was my first experience with any staffing agency and I must say this was the worse experience EVER. Only reason why I went through an agency is because I needed a job quick after my company of 8 years closed so suddenly. The way the staff speak to you as if you're a POS. Sandra is supposed to be the "Office Manager" and frankly I have no idea how she is. She is rude and doesn't listen to anyone but herself. Very strange and unprofessional staff. I called this company because I had previously spoken to the the HR manager a few times and he had asked me to call him back after he spoke with the owners of the company. He was not available. I asked when would be a good time to call back and the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and Sandra, the office manager, answered and, rather than apologize for the receptionist, she said that it was not possible for the her to have hung up on me because they were an establishment, they were a professional company. She said the call was simply disconnected. I said I had asked for the HR manager and was trying to find out what the best time was to call back. Sandra said he was in a meeting and that she couldn't interrupt their meeting just because I wanted to talk with him. She said to me that as I was soliciting business from them, I was unprofessional for asking questions and that she should be asking me questions. I explained that I was not soliciting business, but returning their supervisor's call and I did not expect her to take him out of a meeting. I just wanted to know when would be a better time to call back. Unbelievably, she said, "Now you're raising your voice. You are being unprofessional if you are soliciting business from us." I could not believe it! I had a colleague sitting next to me who was a witness to the whole conversation and he assured me that I was not raising my voice. I guess that saying that someone is raising their voice when one is not is their strategy to get someone to really raise their voice at them. But...WHY? Fortunately, I did not ultimately raise my voice. What a bad impression they gave of their company! They must have undue pressure from their hierarchy. I don't know why anyone would act that way with a complete stranger unless they feel very insignificant and have to behave that way on the phone in order to feel important. Or they are simply very unhappy and take it out on the people who call. If their internal affairs are in such a state, I would think that it would be risky to do business with such a company. read more

Recently was contacted by Sandra about a temp assignment. Went into the office for an interview with Sandra. Staff was unprofessional. Forms were duplicated and asks you to fill out work and school experience over and over. TV was blaring loud along with Christmas Radio that was also blaring loud. When in the interview, Sandra asked me to explain all the experiences i had. She really didnt want to listen to what i had to say and cut me off. She did not really seem friendly or happy at all. When asking her a direct question about the position she beat around the bush and said a bunch of thing that really didnt answer the question. When i asked a few more questions, she hesistated and and her expression and attiude implied that she wouldnt be contacting me. Very unprofessional travelled over 25 miles for this interview and completely wasted my time. I would not taking any assignments from Team Quest Staffing Services or recommend them. . read more
