She worked with Recruiter Aida Sanchez, and she told me it was a really good experience. Staffmark actually put my friend to work within a week at a really amazing company! A couple weeks later a family member of mine was complaining to me about his current job, and the long commute he was dealing with. I told him about Staffmark and he decided to get in touch with them. Staffmark always lets go of the people who have health issues . And it's hard when we actually need a job to pay for these health expenses. I personally have a medical condition and the warehouse I was located to was hot and I spoke to the supervisors and mangers about my health conditions . They let me leave early and next thing u know I get a call saying my work has been done and they will help me find different work that helps my medical issue . But they never helped me they never help me find a job they always say go on the application. They never answer . The Ontario office also they don't answer about our hours or put in times . This the reasoning why you guys keep getting court papers that people keep taking you . Get better staff and people who actually care about our health . read more

Not helpful in getting you actual work. Staffmark really just isn't the same anymore. Their app is garbage, their employeeworkplace website is horrible and pretty much unusable on mobile, and then there are people in the branches that will try to help you, but you will get the "I will let you know when something is available" and never hear back lol. I didn't want to leave a bad review but had to. And yes, this one is located within the same building as the Bank of America just in case someone responds, "you didn't come to our branch". Our company was very disappointed with our experience with Staffmark. We were approached by them while we were working with another agency and decided to give them a try. During our busiest times, we reached out to them for our warehouse labor. They sent us several placements, some did not show up and some were not qualified. Out of the 6 or 7 they sent us, we were able to use one. He has been great but when it came time to convert him to permanent, they really showed they do not care about finding permanent jobs for their staff nor do they care about their customers. We tried to have the employee converted to permanent with just a few more hours left but they would not waive their conversion fee even when we told them we would not use them moving forward if they would not convert. Brittany Calderon was our rep and she was a bit stand offish and not friendly at all in the midst of these discussions, while our main rep never Trish Cereda never got back to us, a couple of weeks later they told us she was no longer with the company. Brittany copied her VP Teresa Cardenas in the email and she also did not step in to try to make our experience a little better or try and retain our business. There are so many staffing agencies out there to use and we chose to give Staffmark a try and unfortunately because of this poor experience, we will not be using them in the future. Thinking of the business relationship and bigger picture would have been ideal here but to make a $700 conversion fee seems what was most important to Staffmark.
