worked two jobs recently, one of the jobs at distribution alternatives in fontana, ca off of slover and i made a complaint to the on site bbsi agent peter about them clocking us out while we were still working and clocking us out at are departments for lunch giving us 30 minutes to walk to break room and back in under 30 minute with only three microwave and 30 people or so. they would pair up to cook their lunch so to have enough time to eat. and was then let go same day. the second: ati window in riverside on columbia ave. they had water fountians like at parks for the workers to drink water but they had back which looked liked mold and glass particles on the sprout cause it was near where they cut the glass and break glass. when i asked where i can go to get clean water they told me that go fill up in the bathroom sink. i guess thats how everyone filled up their water bottles. the breakroom and bathroom were covered in mold on the roof by the hand dryer. nats filled to breakroom that workers ate in the glass filled warehouse. no proper ppe is provided such as masks and glove which are 100 percent needed to protect lungs and hands. when i reported this i was told i had to stay cause i commited to this job even tho it wasnt safe for my health. then agrued with them and then "allowed" me to leave with out consenquence. with i was let go and the only jobs they gave me were unsatifactory to any human. dont go to bbsi if your not a drug addict or a lazy person cause they dont have jobs for hard working clean people. they dont even know whats goes on at the places they send people to. zero stars if i could. read more

BBSI is a great recruiting source .I was a little sceptical at first .Dealing with recruiters ,Jeanette Placenica was great in all areas of procuring a position .She walked me through every step of the process, she also offered helpful suggestions. For me keeping me in the loop was big.because of Jeanette ,I was offered a great position, with a super great company. Staff is Friendly, Melanie was awesome. Staff is friendly but they take a while to attend you. They answered all my questions. They do hire people with misdemeanors not sure about Felons. The only bad part about this company as i heard it depends on the job they put you and hours they hire in Rialto, Ontario, Fontana. The worst place to work at is Under Armour. this company needs to be more organized as far as your paycheck goes, they either "forget" to pay you or they have you bouncing around looking for it. So make sure you have direct deposit so you don't have to go through this. Most of the jobs are minimum wage. My advice make this agency your last resort to look for work. read more
