After searching for a job on my own, finding Riverside Personnel was truly the best thing that could have happened to me. Catina and Magen were not only professional, but genuinely warm and caring from the very beginning. They quickly helped me find a great corporate position and supported me throughout the entire process. Even after I became a permanent employee, Catina continued to check in on me and make me feel that I could still count on her. That kind of personal care is rare and means so much to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Riverside Personnel! read more

So I had to take a typing test and they were the first to pop up. When I called May answered the phone. She was pleasant and very informative. She let me know where they were located how much it would cost and to make sure I brought my ID, and also that once there to knock on the door because they do keep it locked. Once there May greeted me and got me set up for my test. She was just as professional in person. I would totally use this agency if I were looking for a job. I must say though the typing test was a bit expensive, but I needed it. read more

I would like to give a special thanks to Catina and Magen. Catina interviewed. She very helpful. She listened to my story and made me feel seen. I had been having a hard time finding a job as I was graduation from college. She believed in me and made me feel like I mattered in this crazy job hunt. She helped me find the career I had been looking for. Magen pointed me in the direction of an employer and in the career field i had been waiting for. I'm ever so grateful that I got this type of help from these amazing women. They made me feel like I wasn't just a number, they made me feel human and cared for. I don't leave reviews often.... But my experience here, I'm left in tears. I'm an experienced business owner just trying to get back into a life that slows stuff down. I was humbled by my tests. They let me feel at home, and they were so accommodating. I might not be the right clientele, but if you are. These people are good people. , read more

In my experience, the service is very professional, straight forward and helpful. Although my skill-set does not currently fit any openings in their files, I was spoken to respectfully and I appreciate the time taken to answer my questions, which helped me move forward with confidence. read more

Came for a typing certificate. My first few tries I did not get the average I wanted and I was in a rush since I needed the certificate within the next few days. I let Mae know and she was able to let me take another test. She let me review what was impacting my average and she also let me practice typing to get familiar with the keyboard there before my second test. She was super nice and helpful! I highly recommend :) read more

As a seasoned Human Resources professional and former Branch Manager/Corporate trainer for a staffing service, When looking for a position for myself I typically have not used a staffing agency to find a job. I applied to an HR Manager position and Catina reached out to me. We had a phone interview and then a Virtual interview. Catina was and is professional in every aspect of her contact with me. Catina knows her client well and coached me thru the interview process, step by step. I highly recommend Riverside Personnel whether you are a company looking to fill a position or if you are looking for a new career opportunity. read more

I worked for them many many years ago. They gave me a temp position and after a family member got into a horrific car accident and I had an emergency needing to leave for the day -they fired me two days before Christmas because of this. The company they matched me with offered to keep me on and acknowledged that Riverside Personnel handled my situation very unprofessionally. I found other work. I did try to give them a second chance another few years later and they refused to work with me. Never again. Unprofessional. I have a great professional full time career now. will never send anyone to them. Good riddance. read more

Definitely recommend this business for anyone looking to do a typing test or find a job. Magen was very nice and so professional.

Magen was my account rep and she was thorough following up on all her job searches for me, so amazing! I'm happy with my new job! They listen to your requests and promptly respond to your needs. Anytime you email them they are so quick and responsive! I really enjoyed the customer service! The front receptionist, Melissa is very friendly and so polite! You guys have a wonderful team! Thank you for all your help & hospitality! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars! I'm normally not really a person who would right a review about a place. However, I wanted to say that I am very impressed with this agency. I started temping for a couple of place, were the people were great to work with. After a month they arranged an interview with a direct hire company, for which I now work for. I am super happy with this company, and would recommend going here for an agency. The people are great and are one of the few agencies that want to place people in a great job. On that note, Thank you Catina, for all that you did for me! read more

Riverside Personnel Services is amazing. I was so surprised at how attentive they were to me while searching for employment. Not only did they help me find employment quickly (which was a direct hire through the company), they also kept in touch with me to see how everything was going there as well. Cheryl, is so sweet and kind (she was whom I mostly interacted with during my interview process) and the rest of the gals are sweet as well. I highly recommend Riverside Personnel Services if you're searching for employment, looking to brush up on computer skills, or anything of that sort! Thanks Riverside Personnel! read more

I went to Riverside Personnel right after graduating from Cal State San Bernardino because my cousin recommended them. I needed temp work to get through the summer until I started my teaching job for Moreno Valley USD in September. I wasted an entire morning in their office completing pre-employment paperwork, testing, and an interview, time I'll never get back. I have over 25 years work experience and two university degrees. However, despite checking in with their office weekly I was never placed in a single job, and the receptionist who was supposed to help me was very rude and cold toward me. Not only that, but while walking down the hallway on my way to their computer room to complete pre-employment testing a female employee walked past me and said to me, "You've got great tits!" DON'T GO THERE! read more

I had such a great experience with Riverside Personnel's service and staff. The staff was always friendly and took great care of me. They were invested in making sure I succeeded at the company I was placed at and they checked in on me to make sure I was happy with my placement. After working at the company I was placed at for six months, they offered me a full-time job and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Riverside Personnel, for the excellent service. Thank you for making my experience with you personal. read more

I have worked for A LOT of temp and personnel agencies over the years, and I have to say the Riverside Personnel Services is by far the best one!!! I started last December by coming in to get a typing certificate, and I was VERY impressed with the front office person -- Magen. She has just the right amount of friendliness and business sense. I asked her if the company was accepting applications, and she said yes. After the holidays, I sent in my resume and came in for an interview with Catina. She asked all the right questions, and listened to me explain by experience, skills, and needs. I came ready with samples of my work from the last few years. [Don't worry if you're a little rusty on Excel or whatever. As an applicant, they have software on which you can practice while waiting for an assignment. What other company does that?!]. All I wanted was to work part-time. So far I've been on 4 assignments and each one seems tailored-made to my experience and the company's needs. I honestly didn't even feel like I was working!!! Catina and Cheryl really have a knack for getting the best out of you, and matching your skills with the company's needs. Don't go anywhere else!! Whether you're an applicant or an HR Manager with specific needs, RUN don't walk to their office -- centrally located on Central Avenue -- and sign yourself up. It will be well worth it. read more

I finally decided to check out this company after applying to hundreds of jobs on Indeed with no responses. Riverside Personnel helped me to get my office skills sharp. After only 2 weeks they got me an interview and I got the job!! After months of applying for work and getting nowhere. I highly suggest Riverside Personnel if you are looking for an office job in the area. read more

I retired from a County position and was looking for part-time work to supplement my income while I figured out my next move. Catina (and everyone at Riverside Personnel) was a great help in keeping me busy. Riverside Personnel staff really listen to your career goals and seek to find the best fit for everyone involved. Sadly, after less than two years, I am leaving them, but only because they found me permanent employment! I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I had an extremely pleasant experience with RPS. After applying for an accounting position online, RPS' recruiter Catina reached out to me within a day or two to set up an interview. The interview was professional and very thorough. Catina took the time to get to know a bit about me personally, learn my professional and academic background, and find out what my goals were regarding employment. As it happened, the position I applied for was a great fit. Catina was proactive in arranging a face to face interview between us, and once it was clear a job offer was in the making, she was very effective and timely in communicating the specifics of the offer. This was a win win win. I won, my new employer won, and RPS won. Thank you RPS for a job well done! read more

I have worked with Riverside Personnel off and on for 14 years. Every time I have gone to them looking for help finding employment I have felt like they wanted to find me a job - not just fill a spot for a client but truly want to help me find employment while filling the needs of their clients. I have worked for a number of their clients and the managers and staff are all equally as amazing as the staff at Riverside Personnel read more

The recruiters and staff here are wonderful! Not only are they professionals, but the entire staff has a really warm and kind manner that contrasts from your typical stiff employment agency. They want you to land the job, and they go above and beyond to help you do it. Catina always kept an open line of communication, following up and keeping me posted throughout the entire hiring process. I highly recommend them to anyone--both job seekers and job fillers! :) read more

I was unemployed for 10 months (after being at my old job for almost 10 years) and applied to about 400 positions before finding riverside personnel. The moment I walked into riverside personnel, I had restored hope. They make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Not even two weeks after joining riverside personnel, they had a position for me. I have now been at this position for over 4 months and was just recently hired on as a permanent employee. I LOVE what I do and the people I work with. Riverside personnel takes the time to place you in positions they feel is a good fit. They are great at what they do and I will forever recommend them. Without them, I feel I'd still be looking for work. I am beyond grateful for what they did for me and am thankful that I found them. read more

Great staff and they found me employment with a wonderful company quick! Thanks ladies!

This is probably by far the worst experience had with a temp agency, especially since they are supposed to be field orientated. They list available jobs on their site and you call and ask about them to get a "you're still active and someone will call you back." Except no one calls you back and week after week you just say active. I know that sometimes it can take time to get placed but going into month number 3 and not even 1 placement prospect? They have you take all these test you score great (except 1 area , but why drive down and waste gas to retake a test when they show no interest in you as a perspective employable candidate). But a positive to the negative things as long as you're active if there are programs you're not to sure how to use or you need to freshen up on you can request training that can be emailed to you and you can practice at home. Hearing so many positive things about this company prior to signing up I thought my experience would be different, but sadly they're not any better than a regulator staffing agency which gets you calls back faster, although since not industry specific the pay rates suck which still leave you looking for work unless you're willing to compromise your intelligence, work experience and degrees. It's funny because I got an email from them about referring someone for a dental assistant position. That sometimes they get positions they don't usually fill but if you know someone refer them. Well it would be nice if they found some jobs for their eligible candidates prior to getting money for a position in a field that they don't even specialize in. read more

Yeah they will find you a job quickly. But once placed at a job site you will realize why that job was vacant in the first place. HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED AT. I would recommend when interviewing for a job site to ASK WHY THE JOBS IS VACANT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THE AVERAGE TIME SPAN THE POSITION IS USUALLY FILLED FOR. Oh, and don't expect these people to have your back, they care mostly for the employer than the employee and it's because that is where they are getting their revenue from. So it is understandable, but EXPECT to be treated like a commodity and not like a human being, sadly. Your work ethic will slightly come into consideration. Thanks for nothing. read more

Riverside Personnel is truly a great company to work for! They did everything possible to keep me busy and find me work.. Now I'm at a wonderful company that I do truly enjoy working at. Thanks Riverside Personnel! read more

Catina & staff are amazing! Went in and met with them for an informal interview, it was nice they made me feel like they truly wanted to get to know me as a person. Took the tests and was called to interview that week, got the job! (Which I love!) Catina called after my interview, after a week or so of employment, etc. to check in on me. I just recently emailed in search of another part time position and she was more than happy to help. People who are giving low ratings must be because they didnt get a call back or get hired on at a place they love... The temp agency can only do so much. The girls do a great job trying to work with the experience you have, but they can't create experience or make you do well on the tests. The tests aren't very hard & they allow you to retake.. if you don't want to you clearly don't want a job bad enough. No temp agency can't work magic, if you aren't qualified, don't have a good resume, can't meet the clients expectations, etc. that's not their fault. I would recommend them to anyone & so would my employer! read more

I can't speak highly enough of Riverside Personnel Service. When I relocated back to my hometown of Riverside last summer, I didn't have a job.
