Didn't think they would come through for me, due to to a complete lack of communication from their side. But they stood true to their pledge and got me situated at the San Bernardino ROV for the upcoming Presidential Election. I only JUST heard back from them. read more

I received a cold call from Ivan, just out of the blue, regarding my resume he found. He was friendly, courteous and very excited to help me with a position he believed would be a great fit for me. Mind you, after not having a full time job for almost a year and having dealt with other agencies that got me nowhere, I was very apprehensive to try another long drawn out process. This was not the case. Ivan explained the position as best he could and as detailed as he could (keeping the company name confidential is very professional, kudos for that) and relayed what the expected pay would be. We spent the next 10-15 minutes conversing about my job history and what I really was looking for in a new job. He absolutely listened! He took notes of my skills, job preferences and expected goals when working for a company. After all that, he told me what a great candidate I was and that he would try his best to get me an interview. The client interviewed two other candidates prior to myself but Ivan kept me abreast of everything that was happening, nothing was a surprise. He communicated with me as much as he could just to keep me motivated and not let me feel like this was a lost cause. After 6 weeks of waiting, being the 3rd candidate and only 1 interview... I landed the job with one of the biggest healthcare companies in the Inland Empire. The job was not what I expected, it is SO MUCH MORE. I am so grateful to Ivan that I actually made the 40+ mile drive to shake his hand and thank him in person. I will recommend Kinetic and Ivan to anyone looking for their next career "forever home." read more

Getting back into the workforce is such a long drawn out process. Especially if you have been looking for a while. At times you can give up on yourself and it becomes daunting. You follow- up with recruiters, and if you are not one hundred percent on top of everything, they lose interest in your potential. Sometimes, you will be placed on assignment by a recruiter that does not maintain or care about their relationship with their client and will rush you into an opportunity where the scope of work is entirely different than the job description that you were amped on. I have had the distinct pleasure of being on assignment for Kinetic Personnel Group on two separate occasions. I can safely and assuredly say that you will be taken care of here. A Few years ago, a KPG agent (Armando) called me up on a Friday afternoon after finding my resume which I had probably only sent that morning. He asked if I was able to start a project on Monday. Obviously, I assumed this was a ruse. Armando insisted that I would be a great fit per my background. However, he would not place me if he himself did not meet me face to face that day. We had a nice interview, he gave me tips on how to dress for the first day, even though I am clearly as polished as they come as far as Business professional goes. And sure enough I started a great job on the following Monday. But KPG did not stop there. Armando consistently followed up with me via email and phone calls with myself and my boss to see how I was doing. Even after I was off the KPG payroll and a permanent hire at that company. This is class-A Service. Recently, down on my luck a little, after being unemployed for a few months. My old colleague from that original KPG placement shot me a text asking if I was still looking for work. Daisy and I hadn't spoken in perhaps over a year. But she knew my work ethic, style and commitment and said that she was now working with Kinetic and had an amazing opportunity very close to my current residence and that I would be an excellent fit. Daisy definitely nailed it on the head with this one. A week... lets say a fortnight later, I was working at perhaps one of the best places for me to make an impact immediately and grow with a company. I started commuting by bicycle. It is that close! which essentially makes me more committed to work. She and Armando still follow up with me regularly to make sure that I like the work and that I am doing well. With Kinetic Personnel Group everything is simple and concise. From the pay structure to the time card management, all the utilities on the website are easy to use and easy to understand. My favorite part is that they really do care about both their clients. They really play on your strengths and do their absolute best to get you employed rapidly and gainfully without being sketchy or flaky. read more

This is my first time going through a staffing agency to look for employment. I had a difficult time looking for the right company that I would see myself working for. I sent my resume to Daisy and Stormy at Kinetic Personnel Group. They informed me that with my work experience, there should be a position available for me. It didn't take long until I was contacted to go on an interview. That same day I was hired by the company! Daisy and Stormy were professional, friendly, and very detailed throughout the entire process. They answered any questions or concerns that I had and kept in close contact with any updates. I have been referring everyone I know to KPG with or without a job, just so they can see if there's a better opportunity out there. A nice thing that I found out when I was completing my employment forms is that KPG offers health insurance when you get hired through their agency. Thank you Kinetic Personnel Group! Thank you Daisy and Stormy for working as a team for a brighter future for me! read more

My personal experience with KPG was nothing less than exceptional. I work in IT which has become a very fluid industry. Both recruiters, Armando Lopez and Victor Cruz, were amazing from beginning, middle, job placement and, for me, because the first position was temporary only, a second job placement. Communication between us was always positive, clear and professional. I recommend KPG to anyone who is looking to work because KPG is an above average staffing agency. read more

The guy Andrew is the one who contacted me. He told me over the phone what he was looking for. I agreed to go in at 4 pm even tho he called me at 2:30 because he made it seem like I would be able to get the job starting the next morning. So I went in and explained to him what I did before, he then leaves for 5 mins comes back and says he has an issue with how much I used make and that I made to much and that he doesn't think I'll be ok with what they are offering me. He is an idiot, he acts like a big shot. Overall I think this agency sucks. Another thing that happened was the secretary was arguing on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time I was waiting. Not professional. read more

Friendly, helpful, efficient and professional staff that work tirelessly to get you placed with a great company! From the minute you walk in the door the staff are friendly and helpful. The interview process was very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Stormie Wyatt and Lorena Dupuy. Both excellent ladies to work with. Stormie followed up with me through the hire process and continued to make sure I loved my new position over the next few weeks. Lorena was great to work with especially when it came to my insurance coverage. She was a always a pleasure to work with! Always responded quickly and professionally. This agency was a great experience! read more

After leaving a company I had been with for 13 years, I found it was much more difficult than I had anticipated finding a local tech job. After I was unable to find local places that needed my skill set, I allowed a few placement agencies to represent me. I only had luck with two out of maybe six, quickly learning some disturbing things about most placement agencies, namely that they don't really listen and try to place you in any vaguely related job. But Armando seemed to actually listen and placed me with a solid company where I was hired permanently after four months (and have now been with the company almost a year and half). He would even email to check up every now and again. While I had a pretty good experience with another agency, if times repeated themselves, I would not hesitate to specifically call Armando again to lend assistance. read more

I fell for this trap as well. They are only a glorified temp agency. The representative that I spoke with (jennifer) while being charming left allot to be desired. All I received from her was lip service, smiling the whole time while offering little options. I admit due to surgery that my recent experience was a negative. But why sit there and give you a bunch of B.S. knowing that they will not or cannot help you?? People come in there needing a job not empty promises. I am sure this is how they make their money by farming in people to waste their time...DO NOT waste your time. read more

I've had a great experience with this agency! I would recommend going to Daisy Rodriguez, she's been a great help.

After being laid off from my previos position for 8.5 years and nearing the end of my UI, I was contacted by Anthony at Kinetic personal group. Not only did he find me a great job, he found it within 4 miles of where I live. I cannot say enough good words about this agency, they are just fantastic, prefessional and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for work to give them a call. read more

After having bad experiences with many other employment agencies, Kinetic found my resume online and personally contacted me about a job. I cannot praise enough the organization and quickness of this agencies willingness to assist me in finding a new job. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted and taken care of by the very nice and helpful young lady at the front lobby. After the interview, I left leaving secure of myself and the job I would be placed in. My recruiter was not only helpful, she always stayed in contact with me to make sure I was doing good. Would definitely recommend amongst any other agencies around the area. read more
