I've reached out to this agency maybe 4 times in the last 5 years someone answers the phone right away and says to send your resume to the email I do and then I never hear anything back. Wow where do I start, I've had an amazing life changing experience with Apple One within just weeks. I applied for a position, within an hour or so I received a call from Gladys Romo who is so kind and professional. We chatted a little so she could get to know me and asked if I'd be open for her to pass my information to her regional manager Maricela Caro for an internal position I was completely shocked and honored. Both Gladys and Maricela have been nothing short than amazing, I recover so much support from them and now an opportunity to be part of this amazing Riverside team. Maricela is so positive and is an all around hardworking woman. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the VP Shane Riley I must say from the short time I had with him I can tell he's a great leader and thrives to see success in his team. I will definitely be recommending Apple One to anyone in need of a little help with finding a new job opportunity. I cant thank them enough! read more

I think I've had it with AppleOne. I often get emails from them. They say are you interested in this? I look at the job and see if it is a job that's a good fit for me. That is the number one thing that I'm looking for. If the job seems like a good fit for my skills then I proceed. If it pays enough for me to travel 30 miles one way then I say I'm interested. Sometimes I wait 3 days sometimes I wait 5 days. AppleOne their recruiters are horrible. They don't ever get back to me at all. None of them say oh the job throw through or the client didn't want you. They expect us to know what's going on. Recently I was told two Fridays ago that this company of Redlands wanted me to work for them. I was told that I had to call back on Monday to get the address to start work on Tuesday. Well needless to say that I got excited on Friday knowing that I was going to start work on Tuesday. Yet as it would be with AppleOne they are unprofessional. Monday comes and I call at 10 a.m. . I need the address of this place if I'm going to start Tuesday. And no one answers the phone. I send an email to the recruiter asking for the address of this place in Redlands. I get a very vague email that does not tell me the address of this place in Redlands. I'm now thinking okay they lied to me. I'm not really going to work tomorrow. So I leave it alone because it's not worth my time to keep on calling them. I have worked with them for two years now and they very rarely get back to me. And they never let me know if I got the job. If I didn't get the job they just leave me hanging like a ghost. The staff there love to ghost people. It's so unprofessional. So later in the day on Monday I went and did my errands. And around when I was finally called on Monday. And that's when I got the news. I'm sorry - but the client retracted and they don't want to hire you. I asked if it was because I live so far away. She said no they just change their mind. Well why didn't anybody answer the phone when I called at 10 a.m. . Why couldn't I be told this at 10 a.m. when I emailed my recruiter? My recruiter can tell me at 1 p.m. but she couldn't tell me at 10 a.m.? Then just one week ago I got two emails about working at the local Registrar of Voters. I replied to both emails. When I replied to on October 8th and when I replied to on October 9th. I got no reply from both of them. Then I called on the 9th and I said look I'm interested in this position. I called your coworker left a message for her. No reply. This woman that I called on the 9th she said oh the training was today. Okay that's fine. But I did email and call on the 8th. That phone call went directly to voicemail. Nobody answered the phone. And it said that somebody would call me back. Nobody called me back and I left a phone number. They know who I am. I've only been sent on one assignment in 2 years. They know I'm a clerical worker. They know that I don't do odd weird jobs usually. They know usually I am working in an office. The only job that I ever been assigned is working at Nordstrom's Rack doing a strange on job of inventory. With scanners. And that job with 6 p.m. to midnight. And we only work 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. because the scanners didn't work I suggest you stay away from this agency. No one tells you if you didn't get the job they just ghost you. I used to be working with employment agencies back in the 1990's and they would actually be professional and tell you I'm sorry that one fell through. They just mass email people. Without even looking for a good fit. read more

This is the second time I give appleone a try and was let down once again. I wont name the agent, but I emailed her regarding a job posting i saw online, thought i would be a good fit so sent my email over to them. Within the hour, I get a call, told her I would call back within 15 minutes, which I did on the dot, was in a meeting so couldn't take my call. That's okay, she emailed me to call back at a later time, I did, still not able to reach her. I sent another email scheduling a time for the following day, called on the dot of our scheduled time, again, already working with someone else. Sent another email asking if perhaps email is the best way to communicate since I cant keep taking breaks to have my calls sent to voicemail, and I have yet to receive a response. It has been 5 days now and no response at all. Did try to call again and was told she was in another meeting. I understand if I was not a good fit for the position, but I think that they should at least have the courtesy to let me know, as opposed to having me call and call just to be disregarded. read more

I'm so grateful with the Apple One team for their amazing work and professionalism but specially thankful to Veronica Pardo and Jasmine Ramirez for helping me not only find an amazing job but for guiding me and taking care of me during these uncertain times. As many more people during the 2020 pandemic I lost my 5 year old job as a manager in a local Gym due to California shutting down. I was pretty sure it was gonna be very hard to find a job since like me many more had lost theirs and will now be competing for the positions I wanted to apply for. I came to know about the agency from a dear friend of mine and I was immediately helped secure a position that not only matched my previous manager pay rate but surpassed it at a local warehouse. Not only my new job is pandemic proof since It's considered essential but it also pays top dollar. read more

Gladys is absolutely amazing! AppleOne is lucky to have her as a team member. Super friendly, attentive, and helpful.

I had registered with AppleOne in 2010 and the coordinators then were very engaged and sincerely assisting me with placing me with companies that opened up opportunity to not only go permanent but to grow and develop a stronger skillset and ability which then, opened up more options for me moving forward. Now, 12 years later, I still rely on AppleOne to assist with placing me with the right company where I can apply my skills and work with great people. Lorena Coulter has been amazing so far and I am truly appreciative of her commitment to connect me with an organization that may turn into another long term position. Ms. Coulter stayed in consistent contact with me as well as with potential employers that she felt I would be a great match for their place of business. I wanted to find a way not to post this, but it is very frustrating when you try to work with individuals who won't take the initiative to return your calls when they know that you are calling them. You are in a meeting in the morning and afternoon every time you are called, but somehow you can manage to get through your day without calling your clients back who are desperately trying to work with you while they are seeking employment themselves. There has to be someone within the organization who takes pride in their ability to effectively communicate with their clients, return calls and ensure their clients that they are diligently working on their clients behalf to find meaningful employment instead of just any job just to shut their clients up especially since their clients resume speak for itself. I take it personal because I know that if I were in this individual position, I would do my best not just ignore phone calls and constantly use meetings and emails as a way to insult an individuals intelligent. AppleOne really should recruit individuals who want to work to create a better business/client relationship and not just employ individuals who wish to collect paychecks but take no initiatives to help resolve unemployment issues. after 2 months of constant I'm working on your behalf, I will fight for you start to sound like you AppleOne have a weak recruiter working for you or someone that has hot air balloon syndrome. If you don't get the last part then perhaps you shouldn't be in the recruitment business at all. read more

MY HONEST REVIEW: My experience with apple one has been nothing but an exceptional step to become a successful candidate when it comes to getting a job or experience. The best agency I had ever applied for with great results. Judy, Has been an exeptional recruiter that enforces the meaning of getting you a job or the job you deserve. She is truly an exeptional and optimistic AppleOne asset. I would say that if you are looking for an industrial/administration job, AppleOne will always be a place to consider before giving up on your job search. Try them and see for yourself. Fill out a few paperwork, watch some safety videos and you are ready to go. Good Luck on your job search everyone. read more

By far the worst customer service from Jennifer Silberstein, she is uncaring and inefficient. Jennifer does not respond in a timely manner, and has an attitude. This Appleone office is simply amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to meet all of your needs. Bianca who works at the front desk is undeniably one of the sweetest and coolest people I've meet besides Dej who was my recruiter. Bianca goes above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied and I just love that so much Thank you Appleone read more

Cherise is my recruiter but she has been more of an advocate for me. I snapped and walked off an assignment that was stressing me out to no end, she talked to the director for me and got me another, better assignment that pays a dollar more! When I say better assignment, I mean better fit for me, they really work with you on what's a good choice for you. My assignments have been with Wells Fargo home mortgage and the city of riverside doing customer service, so they hold pretty reputable clients. The process is super easy, you make an appointment, interview, you take tests (typing skills, Microsoft outlook, word, excel efficiency), you go to interviews, and you get hired and work at your assigned company for your term, so far I've gotten 4mos-1year, so they have pretty solid assignments. Some companies even hire you on permanently afterwards, so it's a pretty good way to get your foot in the door at companies through this avenue. Cherise makes getting hired easy because she preps before every interview, from how to dress to what questions they've asked. I've worked with other agencies in Anaheim and Riverside, I would say it's easier to contact your recruiter directly at ApplOne than at other agencies, I can call and email anytime about anything. You can get either direct deposit or a debit card, you submit your time card online which is soooooo much easier than by paper like at riverside personnel services. Pay day is every Friday so that's pretty sweet. Right now I'm being lazy and using the debit card rather than turning in my direct deposit info haha, but you can just transfer from your debit card account to any personal account, so getting your money is easy. My only gripe is that it's been a little difficult to figure out how to get benefits. And parking at this location is kind of hard since it's downtown. And at work we don't get holiday pay like the regular workers and sometimes people treat you different at work since you're "just a temp". However you get a lot of different experiences and AppleOne makes the onboarding and payday processes hassle free, and the interview and hiring process as easy as possible. And this location in particular without a doubt has the nicest front desk person. read more

I would like to specifically mention Jacqueline Rebairo for working with me and giving me such a great opportunity to learn and grow with my current employment. I have been working with a recruiter by the name of Judy here at the Riverside office. Saying she is amazing is a complete understatement. Although I don't have much work experience Judy was able to find a job opening that I qualified for and set up an interview for me. Through the grace of God, I got the job! Judy is very nice, she was very helpful with preparing me for my interview and encouraging me to do my best. I was a bit hesitant about going through a temporary agency, but after my experience with Judy, all I can do is recommend others to give it a shot. I had never considered using a staffing agency before until I did some online research during my employment search after graduating college, and I discovered it would be a great resource. AppleOne appeared to be the best option for staffing agencies in the Inland Empire, and it truly has been fantastic! From the moment I sent in my information and experience, I received a quick, friendly response. Upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff who truly care about their associates. You are not another name or person left behind in the search for a job. My representative, Ms. Jennifer Silberstein, has been truly wonderful throughout the entire employment search through AppleOne. As my point of contact, she has been very invested in assisting me throughout the process with excellent follow-up and has been extremely helpful in the search. Within days we discovered numerous opportunities for me, and within only a couple of weeks I was already placed within an excellent position that tailored just to my experience and needs. Highly Recommended AppleOne is the best employment service I have ever worked for because they not only help prepare you to obtain employment by conducting a workshop that show you how to write a professional resume that will stand out among others, they also show you interview techniques that will give you an advantage over other candidates, and share with you vital information that will help you be more efficient and effective in your job search efforts. In the meantime, while you are looking for work, they will send you on temporary job assignments that can put some money in your pocket right now; especially during the Holiday season or at least until you have found or they have found you that perfect job assignment that may go from temporary to permanent. Recently I was contact by one of the staffing associate and asked if I would like to go on a one day job assignment. I agreed and was sent the job assignment details via email. I arrive to the job site on the specified day and time, meet my contact supervisor, and was given my job duties for the day. I really enjoyed the work environment, the job duties were very easy, and in fact it was lots of fun. Time went by very fast and before I knew it, my work shift was over. The temporary employer expressed their appreciation to me for coming and helping them out. So, if you are looking for work, I really suggest you contact AppleOne in Riverside or an AppleOne employment service near you. I am sure they will get you back to work in no time. After all, even a temporary job is better than not working at all. Therefore, I look forward to my next job assignment with AppleOne. Thanks AppleOne Perry read more
