In December, 2023, Kelly services fired me three days before Christmas, not because I did anything…read morewrong, but it was company procedure that I cannot work longer than two years at a job. (Not even Ebeneezer Scrooge did that). I began work there, with Johnson and Johnson, in December 2021. I thought that I would be OK. I would be able to keep my room which I was paying rent and catch up on my bills after spending a few months trying to get work. This should never have been a problem. I was not able to because California's unemployment rate is very high. I have put out 2000 or more applications and resumes. As of this date, I have gotten no serious responses for replacing the job I lost. I was evicted in August of this year. I am currently sleeping outside and living on food stamps. During this time I lost my mode of transportation, my dignity, my pride, and I almost lost my legs due to an infection. Just in case you're wondering, I'm OK now. It's a free country so if you need a temp agency, go with what you feel is right. You take your chances and hopefully everything works out. I would look elsewhere for this kind of service.

They requested I went to their seminar and I passed everything necessary for me to continue on with the company and I told them I have full open availability and able to travel anywhere in the IE. I was told I would expect an offer the next day after the seminar and I did not... fast forward a few weeks later there is no communication between me and the company and this is super frustrating cause when you promise someone a job and don't deliver especially after I explained the situation I was in you decide to forget your employees.
