As someone who recently had to go here during my one month of unemployment I will say avoid Ms. Daniels. She was very rude! After telling us to fix our resumes, whether it was just the title, format, etc. she scolded us when we began using the computers. What the heck! After you just told me to fix it, why would I not use the computer? She sure had a genuine way of making you uncomfortable as she talked down to you. Bottom line, the only reason I stayed that afternoon was I needed her to sign off saying I had been there and shown proof of seeking employment... I only wish I had started my new job a week sooner so I would not have had any interactions with her. The rest of the staff was friendly though. They treated you like a human being... clearly she was a state employee, while they were probably city workers. read more
