Having a candidate wait on a call with no communication is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for people's time. This experience raises concerns about the company's overall organization and professionalism. If scheduling and communication are this chaotic during the hiring process, it does not inspire confidence in how employees are treated once hired. I would strongly encourage the company to improve its internal communication and accountability, as this was not a positive or respectful candidate experience.

I ended up wasting over an hour of my time. Given the poor service and lack of consideration for customers' time, I decided not to pay and left feeling very frustrated.
