When I was actually able to get help from a recruiter, the services were 0/10. I applied for a BILINGUAL CSR Remote job on the website then emailed teksystems. Eventually a recruiter named ROMITA S. emailed me saying they want to move forward with me and start the process. I was interviewed online then was told by my recruiter that the BILINGUAL POSITION WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. She said she can offer me the same job position just non bilingual for .75 cents less, so I took the offer. Mind you, the whole time she's consistently telling me where i'm going to be picking up equipment when my training start date is and etc. So I specifically asked her if I got the job she told me YES. So then a few days passed and I hadn't heard anything from her so I emailed her confirming if i'm still onboard. She then emails me and says, "Unfortunately the client did not want to move forward with you because your Spanish is not fluent." That all literally sounded like BS. Like did you not just tell me a few days ago that the bilingual position was taken so i was supposed to take the regular position that is non- spanish speaking but now they can't move forward with me because my spanish is not fluent. Make that make sense. I reported her, although I feel like the company doesn't even care to look into it or do more with the information I gave them. It's so unfair to be told you have a job then last minute switch up. This company is A JOKEEEE. I've never had so much neglect in my life. A few years ago when Karen worked with them, the entire team was very responsive. I had the unfortunate time working with Abigail and I had to make a 90% effort to get their side of the tasks complete. Many missed calls, and incomplete tasks on their end made job searching a nightmare. I am not sure if they are understaffed but they decided to hide that information from me. There's a reason why Aerotek has very low ratings from 2.5 stars to 3.5 stars (this location). A common theme with this recruiting agency seems to be poor to zero follow-up, being rude, and ignoring people. I talked to a person named Gabe, and at first he seemed very helpful. He got me to take an assessment and an interview the very next day. Additionally, he sent out e-mails to me blazing fast. In about 10 minutes after taking the assessment, he calls me and lets me know that I passed the assessment and made sure I have the directions for the interview. He seem to be on top of everything and I felt confident I was in good hands. The interview went well, and they told me to call up my agency about scheduling and other info. This is when the problems started. I called up my recruiter letting him know how things went and asked him about my scheduling, he told me he will call his contact and get right back to me. He never got back to me since. I wait another day and call him, no response. Another day passes and I leave a voice message, no response. About 1.5 weeks later, I call him one last time, no response. So then after 2 weeks I use another number and call a person named Leilani from Aerotek, she picks up. She tells me in an excited manner "congratulations, you got the job." And said I should receive an e-mail that day regarding drug testing and other info, and if I don't, then call her. I never got the e-mail. I call a day later, no response. I left a voice message, and received no call back. I mean, they told me to call if I never got the e-mail, but they don't pick up the call. I call the receptionist at 11 in the morning and she tells me Leilani is on lunch until 1:00pm. Damn they got 2 hour lunches there, nice. Nearly a month passes, and I never received a response or e-mail from them. And I stopped calling because at this point it's clear they're ignoring me. I wonder though, are they messing with people? Because I missed out on 2 other interviews from different jobs because I thought I landed this job because she told me I got it. They literally screwed me over. Look at the other reviews, these are common issues. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and a straight up scam for the most part. I advise people to stay away from this agency. read more

This is the only temp agency I've been to and I have to say I'm very disappointed in them. A lot of promises, little-to-no follow-through. Thank goodness I got a job myself or I'd still be waiting on them. Went in for an interview. Got 2 people talk to me. Applied for at least 3 jobs between 3 different people. Got little-to-no follow-ups on them without pestering them. Finally got back-to-back interviews myself but had to loop back with them... and then radio silence. I am so thankful for the recruiters that have helped me get to where I am today. My recruiter was Jerika Brown, and hands down she is the best professional recruiter at Aerotek. Jerika, Mona, as well as Ramon are awesome individuals who helped me get multiple interviews for clinical research. Jerika especially helped me gain an interview quickly in a span of 1 to 2 weeks. She did a fantastic job being professional and communicating quickly what next steps to take. She was very transparent with everything even at times if news were frustrating. Due to the contract based jobs, I was initially frustrated because I thought I got hired for a clinical research team in West hollywood and there was some delay in communication with the employer, ultimately there was a pause on the research team that eventually fell through the cracks and the position got removed.. I was supposed to start in Nov 2020 after getting the offer in Oct 2020, however I was notified late Nov that this position would no longer be hiring and the position would be removed.. Following Dec 2020, I was able to gain another interview and it went well suprisingly. I am so thankful for Jerika, Mona, and Ramon for getting me another interview and guiding me with the whole onboarding process . Submitted my resume and recruiter who was helping me (Janet) had 2 job prospects that I said I was interested in but next day when I went in she said 2 candidates have already applied and been accepted the next morning. So why give me these prospects in first place? Then she proceeds to offer me another place almost 20 miles away that pays under what I was asking (which was very modest). It's now been almost 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. No follow up phone calls nothing. Never go with agencies. They only exist because companies don't want to pay medical. I don't know how people who work for agencies sleep at night- profiting off someone else's labor at their expense. Just like a pimp. Based off our conversation he seemed uninterested due to my vaccinated status and proceeded to try to get me off the phone when I told him I would prefer a job that doesn't require a vaccination. I signed up with Aerotek last year and they were able to find me a position ( and a good one at that ) quite quickly. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 issue I was laid off. I have, however, been working with Gina since this happened earlier this week. She has just been great to deal with and has been extremely helpful, friendly, and sympathetic to the situation I ( and many others ) have been going through. She has been on top of it in regards to helping me find a new position and been in constant contact with me since this occurred. I received a phone call from a recruiter to interview for what it was a possible job since this is a temp agency. I showed up and I filled out no job application but was told to take a copy of my resume with me to the interview. I met with the recruiter and discussed my job experience on my resume. A couple of job possibilities were discussed where I might be a fit. The interesting thing started when my references were checked. My former boss was called but only for the purpose of inquiring whether my former boss needed any temp help. Was actually very sad that these people disguise working for the purpose of making money for the jobs they fill with the people they find/interview when in reality they're out of job leads just like the applicants and they use information from the applicants resumes to their advantage. If you're looking for work, don't spend your time here or if you do, keep close tabs on what they don't do for you and you'll see more what they for themselves with your information. I'm done searching through temp agencies. I just thought to pursue meeting with their recruiter to see how they could help me. Well, now I know they can't because they don't have any job leads. My five stars go to my recruiter Kelly Campoli, I've worked with two more agencies in the past but my experience with Aerotek is the best by far. Kelly got me my first temp job, cause I needed something fast, I realized I was getting paid more than my co-workers (from another agency), while I was still there my girlfriend wasn't happy at her job so I called Kelly and she hooked her up with the best job she's ever had, she's happy where she is now and the company already hired her.
