Highly recommend Kimco Staffing for typing test certifications. I've used them twice now for 5 minute typing test certificates. Their staff is friendly and professional, they offer 1, 3, or 5 minute typing tests for $30. You can attempt each test 2x and they will take the best of the two scores. My favorite office helper left for Thailand for four weeks so we needed some office help. Communication was quick and transparent and we were sent a couple of great candidates. We quickly picked our favorite and she started working for us. It's been over a month and everything has been going great. We've decided to keep her on for a little longer. They're not the cheapest but they're also not the most expensive. So I think it's a decent value for what you get. I had a terrible experience dealing with Linda from this office. She seemed nice enough after I initially filled out their application but really dropped the ball when it came to following up. Linda let me know there was a new opening for a position in Fullerton that she thought I would qualify for. She explained that I would not need to interview, told me about the duties, and hours and then said she would get back to me with more details later on but made clear that the company was ready to hire and I should be starting any day now. A week passed by and I heard nothing. When I called her to follow up, she simply said "oh yeah, sorry. They decided to go with someone else." Are you serious? You made me think I had a job all lined up and then just NEVER called me back to let me know someone else had been hired? Who does that? Needless to say, I told them to remove my application from their system and not to call me again. They seemed to have a lot of low quality jobs anyway. A lot of warehouse work and low paying office jobs. I initially called them because my brother had done some gigs for them in the past and had never had an issue. A few months after my last interaction with them, he got a letter in the mail stating his private data, including social security number had been breached in their records. There is now a multimillion dollar class action lawsuit against them. I'm so glad I never ended up working with them. I would avoid this place at all costs. Recruiters are unprofessional and your data is not safe with them. read more

Great place to get yourself into the job field. I emailed them personally telling them I was interested in doing temp work and that day someone contacted me about an interview. I took some of their online exams to test my computer skills and went in for an informal interview that day. They immediately signed me up with their company and started helping me with jobs. The jobs they have assigned me to have been in my fields of interest for the most part so it was great that they were so helpful and cooperative with my goals. They understood that I was a student and were helpful with arranging jobs that went around my schedule. The customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially college students who want to get more experience than the kind they get working at restaurants or retail stores; it also helps establish connections and experience that will be needed once one graduates. I cannot say for certain why the other person had so much trouble, but from my perspective getting a job here was one of the smartest things I have done. read more

Great place for employment! I applied online and went in for an interview the next day and was employed full time as a temp the day after that working days Monday through Friday.
