Make sure you set your expectations a little low with this company. Sure they contact you to ask you if you would be interested in a position, but there is no follow up. When I did try to follow up, they ignored my calls and never returned them. If they didn't want to speak to me, they could have emailed me. I know people with a job forget to put themselves in the position of a person without one and don't remember the anxiety of needing to pay bills. I finally did hear back when I emailed someone else and miraculously they were just talking about me that morning and would be in contact later in the week. WHAT? Oh my God, can you actually believe someone with the Robert Half family is actually worth listening to? I didn't either. On July 31, 2018, I got a threatening call from a supposed regional manager for Orange County and the Inland Empire, he even threatened to call the police on me because they didn't seem to understand that I needed to relocate. Gary was professional enough to tell me that Orange's regional manager was a woman named Jenny and before that was a woman named Heather, so this person in Ontario lied to me. He said that it might be tough for me to get a job from him in this location but I am going to give them a glowing recommendation because they actually listened and this place is actually good for getting a job from, because they were extremely professional and understanding. Great staff! I was looking for work for a month or 2 on my own before contacting Office Team (a friend referred me to check them out). I went on Yelp and saw good reviews, so I thought I'd give them a call... Thinking to myself, "it's going to be like all the other local temp agencies and not to get my hopes up because its so disappointing when there are no call backs or form of communication/contact." Pleasantly surprised, I was glad that I was wrong! After calling for information and sending over my resume, within a few days to a week, Keri contacted me and set me up for a Skype interview. She was very personable, caring, and honest about being realistic in pay rates for job market etc. Even though there were not particular assignments for my profession, Keri would call/email to check in on me. She then linked me with other colleagues of hers in other areas that had jobs (clients) that were good fits to my job skill set. For this I'm very grateful because I felt like the Office Team staff genuinely cared and catered to my needs/expectations. John and Brent are now my contact from another office (within Office Team), but if it wasn't for Keri initiating the process and reaching sending my file to her colleagues, I'd probably still be looking for work on my own. I have been in contact with Office Team for about 2 1/2 months now before landing a good fit job (personal preference), but I'm glad I stayed patient. I haven't been in my new job role for long, but it seems like a good fit so far considering my background. Only time will tell, but a big thanks is due to Keri, Matt, Brent, and John for being so enthusiastic through my job search journey! About three years ago I was laid off and having a really difficult time trying to find work. I was willing to take anything applying everywhere and anywhere. I finally decided to contact a temporary agency. Office team was close to my home so I decided what do I have to lose ? In the past I had tried Appleone and had a bad experience so that's why I hesitated. I had a really good experience with them and they really liked my resume, it was nice for them to tell me I shouldn't be unemployed with all this work history. Probably within a day or two I was sent out to my first assignment. Not sure if they are still there, but Ba Tran and James Huynh are really awesome! Very professional , and expectations on your assignment is very clear. I've also had to contact payroll by phone at one point and they were also very professional. Office team also offered benefits so that's a plus, should you choose to sharpen your skills you are welcome to go to the office and practice. They also help with your resume. I still receive job leads via email, but since I graduated from college and am in a different field I no longer need them. So I worked with one of the Agents (Andrea Guitierez) on finding a job for me. She seemed very nice and was very happy to get me a job. I received my first interview and though I did great. The employer and the team seemed to like me a lot. After the interview andrea was suppose to call me back to notify me whether or not I was a great candidate or not. The day she was suppose to call me came and she never called me. So I tried calling her and the operator said that she is not here at the moment. Called again the next day and still the same answer. Till this day I still have not received any calls back from them. I am going to post this on social media because people need to know the truth about these companies. They dont care about people. They charged us $550 a day or $68.75/hr for a person who asked me what she should do. After noticing the Contracted Bookkeeper repeating what I asked her not to work on for 2 days balancing a vendor statement, I had enough and told Stephanie do not have her come back. It is not rocket science we are talking accounts receivables and she would not listen and said: "I do not know what you what me to do". I told Joshua we want another person but to hire and we requested a discount for the 2 day bad experience we had and he said he would adjust the cost. Now mind you they pay these people between $20-$30/hr and Charge close to $70/hr with low workman's comp this is a hefty markup. You have no idea who you will get or how they perform they just show up and drop them off. It is a SURPRISE no resume or qualifications just her she is. Now due to my schedule (very busy season) we have played phone tag and instead of keeping their word they have threatened to sue our company. STAY CLEAR of these guys they do not keep their word. Bad Business practice, for a seemingly decent outfit. Oh Well! read more

I had never worked with a temp agency so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had applied with Accountemps (along with literally countless other places) and was looking at their job listings daily but hadn't set any interviews or anything up yet. I had been out of work for NINE MONTHS with no end in sight so I was pretty disenchanted by this point. One Thursday in April, I received an email from Josh Coquillard at Accountemps that he had an urgent situation with an employer and the interview would be the next day and could anyone help. I figured there wasn't much point to responding but I did anyway, I had nothing to lose. Josh contacted me and said that my skills fit the job description and set up an interview for the next day. Well, on the way to the interview a guy hit my car. I was beside myself, I finally get an interview and BAM I am going to be late IF the guy would even still interview me. I didn't have the employer contact information so I contacted Josh and he called the employer and explained what had happened. Surprisingly the interviewer (Jim) agreed to still see me. I figured it was a waste of time as employers simply don't hire anyone that is late to an interview but I didn't want to let Josh down since he had gone above and beyond for me so I went anyway. Jim and I had a great interview (if there is such a thing lol) and seemed like a very overwhelmed and super nice guy. I after our interview, I left and figured it was yet another interview I could chalk up to experience as again, no one hires anyone that's late to an interview. Josh called me and said that Jim really liked me and it was between one other person and myself but that I seemed to be the front runner. WHAT?! I was stunned. Josh called me back later and said that Jim wanted me to start on that Monday. WHAT?!?! HOW can this be possible?! Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled and accepted the position. So now I had 90 days as a temp to hire to impress the hell out of Jim, become indispensable to him and to have him want to hire me. Josh was so kind, supportive, communicative and available any time I needed him the entire three months, it was fantastic. Once you get placed with an employer, he doesn't just ditch you. He is there anytime you need him for anything you need. In fact he came by to check out my office and say hi this week! He really does care and has a vested interest that everyone has a happy ending. The three months flew by and Jim was extremely anxious to hire me as a regular employee and did (my official start date was July 19, 2018). I love my job, Josh was able to match up the right person with the right job right off the bat for me. Don't hesitate to contact Josh at Accountemps if you are looking for work, he will find out what you are seeking and make sure the place he sends you fits with what you are looking for. You don't have to search for a job by yourself and get no where or end up wasting your time on places where you don't know anything about the company and when you do find out about it realize it's not a good fit for you. Seriously, it's like having a job search buddy lol. I initially contacted office team looking for an assignment; and was contacted by Shawn; my initial interaction was pleasant and I sent him my resume. He called me back and I scheduled a Facetime interview; this is where things took a turn. On the day of the interview I was passed on to Keri; we did the Facetime interview at about 10:30am and she informed me of a position that actually excited me. She said that all that had to be done was to solidify a time. She told me of an 11:00am interview and I asked if there was anything earlier to which she said that she will try to get 8:00am. She then told me that she would send me an e-mail where i would have to fill out some additional information as well as my references; since it was before 11:00am on Friday I expected this e-mail sometime by close of business but it did not show up. I had to send an e-mail during the weekend that was answered by Shawn on Monday morning stating that Keri would be back to me today about the position; I waited patiently all day and had to fire off a pretty terse e-mail for them to call me at close of business to inform me that the employer actually hired another candidate. Then their tone changed from a very "can do" attitude to as Shawn put it "temper my expectations". I have worked in financial servicing in almost all capacities for over 15 years and am also a Honorably discharged disabled veteran. I know I'm partly to blame for resting on my laurels and not going to other agencies at the same time but I honestly thought through my initial impression that this place gets things done. This by no means is my final review; I would be glad to update this review if anything further happens either positively or negatively. My advice is no matter how optimistic they sound on the phone you should apply with no less than 3 agencies regardless. read more

Love them!!! I originally got hired through this office and they had me working the next day. It was a two day job (Thursday/Friday). Then Monday I had a question about submitting my time card and they said they had another job for me starting the next day for a 3 month assignment it was halfway between them and the Irvine office but shine it was closes to my house they had me call the team at the other office. The transition was super smooth. There was a large group of us at the site so they had people from office team coming in regularly to check up on us. I got a call both days of my first assignment as well. They are super attentive making sure that the position is working out for the client as well as the temps. They also are great about follow up and if you have questions getting back to you quickly. Three months in I am now hired with the company the placed me with and very happy. I do have to say that I have mixed reviews. Keri was great at finding me a job fairly quickly. I have to give her that. On the other hand, the assignment I was put on was only supposed to be 6 weeks long. After time hit 3 months, I asked for a status update and nothing. No one could tell me how long the job would last or if I had a chance of being hired. Every other week up to the 8th month, still no answer. I am a mother and do have bills so it would have been nice to know whether I should've been looking for another job before this one suddenly stopped...and it did for reasons no one would believe! The company I was put into was horrible management wise. Too many personal issues caused it to be quite uncomfortable and unfortunately was a key point in the ending of my assignment. I wish they had more control over their clients and getting deadlines instead of it having it dragged from 6 weeks to 8 months with no stability and no answer as to what comes next. read more
