Just want to say out of all the agencies this one is one of the best and hardworking ones out there. Mr Frank went above and beyond to get me multiple opportunities in different fields. Truly appreciate him and his service, for anyone looking, he is definitely worth someone to checking out if you are looking for employment. He is great at resume building and getting your foot in the door. read more

Spoke to a very rude entitled Latina woman named Briana Cardena over the phone. Extremely nasty rude attitude with an accent (it's people like her who give latinos a bad rep within the conservative community and those who want to diminish the Latino cause). I told her I was in need of a job and she was catching an attitude with me - telling me we've spoken before not even bother to listen to my situation. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Don't even bother coming here, I'll probably report this business to the better business bureau. read more

Worst experience ever! Waste of my time. This place needs a whole new office staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. don't waste your time coming here. If it was a good agency that cared they would be calling to me to let me know the job openings they have. The sad part was I gave them all information, I even game them a copy of my SSI number. Don't bother filling out any forms with your information. read more

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to call me back with any information about a job don't waste your time with this place

Very friendly recruiters! I was helped by Yahaira and Courtney. Thank you for your help ladies! I went on a Monday, had a job interview the following Thursday, and start my new job tomorrow! It was that simple! Highly recommend! read more

Shout out to Marilyn!!! Was very helpful, patient and thorough throughout the whole process! Thanks Marilyn for your positive energy!

My experience with Kori Decker and Judy Pollard at AnDek has been very positive. I previously worked with one of their clients on a seasonal basis a few years ago and Since then, they have been very helpful and responsive in providing me with job references for my potential new employer. They responded to me the same day, and answered my questions. Compared to other staffing companies, AnDek is the most responsive, professional, and friendly. I never had an issue with my pay. And when you need a job in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to them so they can provide you with good job references that the other staffing companies won't be able to provide you with because they are not allowed to provide job references. read more

Their customer service is second to none! I was assisted by Marilyn and she went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! I highly recommend this agency if you want excellent service! read more

Terrible agency. No follow -up once apply. Lose resumes and no call to inform they need. Very bad attitudes when calling to check status of application. On call to agency, spoke to rep who had no idea what was submitted or any possible job opportunities. Avoid this place! Apply elsewhere where someone cares! These people know less than the applicant! read more

AnDek is awesome especially Robert Ramos! I had a chance to work with AnDek for my most recent role and they were able to help me land a great opportunity with a fair salary. The application and interview process was straightforward and Robert was super helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend AnDek to anyone that is looking for staffing as I really enjoyed working with them. read more

After my interview process, Andek Staffing did nothing for me despite following up multiple times. Calls were not returned, felt as if my time was wasted and I was completely forgotten about. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere where they will truly help you find employment! read more

AnDek has been so helpful with me looking for a stable career that met all my requirements. They are a wonderful team to communicate and work with. I highly recommend this staffing agency to everyone as they are quick to guide you to the area you are interested in. Ferny reached out to me with an opportunity and unfortunately that position was fulfilled but Ferny reached out again with a different opportunity within a day and I went through the hiring process and got hired! This team is quick and efficient with helping to find the perfect job. read more

I wouldn't know where to start. Robert being the one who help me out, he sure brought his A-game. He was very attentive and very clear through out every aspect of the application process. He set me up with an interview and was able to reach back to me with feedback very quick. I can say I got hired within 2 weeks of working with this agency. Thanks to him, I was able to land a great job. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for job. THANKS ROBERT! read more

AnDek Staffing is run by bad people! What they do is advertise fake jobs, with the sole purpose of getting you to come in and fill out an application to get their worker inventory up. I saw an ad on craigslist, and went to a job fair to find out more about the job. Jesse, the recruiter I dealt with, immediately said without asking any questions, you are hired. Then he said to go to the home office and fill out an application, to which I did. I found this strange that they would select me for a job, not knowing anything about me, but I was desperate. After I went to fill out the application, I tried to reach Jesse several times. He never returned my calls. I wasn't born yesterday, so its obvious I was taken advantage of. Please don't make the same mistake I did, and stay away from this evil company. read more

The entire process was very easy and nice compared to other agencies I've worked with in the past. Robert was very helpful in finding the right fit for me. He had great advice and took a lot of time to explain the position. I needed a lot of additional information and he always got it for my in a timely manner and was very understanding. I'd recommend this agency to anyone looking for a position. read more

Love the agency, I've worked with a few but the folks at AnDek really push to get you placed, they call and actually follow through with you about positions that fit what you're looking for. No wasted time, went in there and didn't have to sit and fill out the same information others agencies ask you to, then just be ignored. They submitted me first, got me an interview , then after a little paper work for your start date and pay but that's all. Kori is awesome and is super quick and to the point and very helpful in placing you. Communication is great, and the pay they get you is within the standard of your industry. Don't hesitate to call or do business with them, i highly recommend them. read more

Great staff to work with and they are brought to you a great opportunity for your career.

I have yet to start my new job that Kori helped me get. I emailed Kori to let her know what I was looking for and she made sure to find exactly what I needed. Two days later she scheduled me for an interview right away and I got the job! Kori made the process for me very easy for me, I would highly recommend meeting with her. read more

I have had a few experiences with staffing agencies and I must say that the team at AnDek Staffing has been the best by far. From the beginning of the process and all the way through my placement at a great job for a reputable company (which took only about a week), AnDek made it known that they were there for me, by way of their touch of personal service. My initial contact was with Judy. I appreciated the fact that she tried to make it easier for me when scheduling my initial appt. to interview & fill out all of the standard new hire agreements, disclosures, etc. Since I live in LA County and AnDek is in OC, Judy was considerate of the traffic and set up an appt. when there would be less traffic. Karla, the office coordinator has also been very helpful. She always does her best to answer any questions/concerns I have in an extremely timely manner. Same goes for Karen in Payroll. And finally - my recruiter Kori - I can tell by her work ethic that she truly takes the mission statement of AnDek, to heart. I have been working for the same employer for the past 11 years and he will be retiring very soon. It's been years since I've had to deal with resumes & interviews, so I was a bit nervous and Kori definitely made the process easier. It was obvious from our first meeting that she knows what she is doing and I am very blessed to have her on my side. Kori was very thorough in explaining the job and the company that I was interviewing for, as well as the expectations. After my meeting with Kori, and was headed to my interview, I felt very confident, as Kori had done a great job of preparing & coaching me. And the fact that I was hired, attests to the fact that Kori is well qualified in that she can recognize whether a candidate would be a good fit for a specific job and vice versa. Each individual at AnDek, is very helpful and all around great, in their own right. If I have a question/concern, I can rely on whoever happens to answer my call or email, to provide me with excellent service. And when you put these individuals together, they work as an extremely professional TEAM. The AnDek Team is able to combine a high sense of professionalism with just the right amount of a friendly personal touch. My initial contact with AnDek began when they reached out to me on Oct 19, I met with Kori at her office on the following Monday (10/22) and she was able to get me an interview later that same day and exactly ONE week later, I began working! This is just to show how fast Kori and her team work in getting their clients into the work force! One last thing that I'd like to point out, to show just how much AnDek does go above and beyond for their clients(employees) - even AFTER I had been offered and accepted a job but BEFORE i actually began working, Kori had notified me that she had another opportunity that, in some aspects, was better than the position I was going to be starting. But when I weighed everything out, I decided the best decision was to stay with the first job offer. I was very impressed with the fact that Kori did not stop trying to find the best opportunities for me, even though she had already successfully found me a job. She did not just put me in a "Closed file" pile and move on to the next. I am very pleased with AnDek and have had nothing but positive experiences since I started working with them 3 weeks ago and I am certain that I will have a successful future with the AnDek Team. read more

Most staffing agencies don't care about your needs or concerns. AnDek definitely has a personal touch. I was lucky enough to work with Kori. From day one she was positive and upbeat. She always communicated new opportunities and discussed all the options that worked in my favor. I would highly recommend AnDek. read more

ANTI-LGBT establishment. I have plenty of experience and I was told I would potentially start the following day of being contacted. The onboarding paperwork did not work on my android so I came in to the office to complete them. They all made me feel so uncomfortable. Their lack of professionalism and what little knowledge they have sets them apart from every other staffing agency that are at top of their game. I was told by Jesse Hernandez that I would hear back the next day. Two days later, I receive a call from a different recruiter from this office who had no idea I was already in contact with them. I told her this and she claimed she would follow up with Jesse and give me an update. Nothing yet and it has been a whole week. Clearly they don't offer jobs to transgenders despite my experience that would make me the better candidate for the position offered. I will be consulting my attorney and the DFEH for job discrimination. read more

This Agency is so awesome, meet with Kori Decker first day she was very nice and friendly. Also the receptionist in the front very nice also and helpful. Kori got me an interview that same week i meet with her. Then the following week she notified me that i got the job. I give AnDek staffing 5 stars, so if u need a job, all type of job, go to this agency, and they will be able to help you. read more

Jesse was supposed to help find a job, the first one was far out in Lakeforest when I live in Anaheim. I got a terrible cold the first week I started and the company asked me to stay home to not get others sick , so I did that. The day I was supposed to come back I was 3 min late due to traffic and later that day I was asked not to come back, meanwhile they had such unorganized file cabinets that I broke my back filing and making sure were neat soon as I was done they let me go... The second job he had for me was def something i had never done before. I asked for receptionist/admin assistant jobs he gave me a sales rep job, I had no experience in that department! So after some days I was also let go. After that assignment was ended I reached out to Jesse and have not heard back. He said he had some other jobs for me but when I email him he does not reach back out to me and I have been told the same from others who have him as a recruiter! Such an unprofessional individual. How do you tell us you're here to help and you can't even be consistent with emails? The last email I wrote to him was before thanksgiving regarding a job and I have no heard back! read more

Been here for years, gained most of my work experience through the help of this company. Their services are great!

Long over due review. I highly recommend this agency they are so organized and professional from a-z. I especially want to mention my experience with one of the recruiters Kori. Hands down she is an amazing person who does a great job at her job and makes the whole process smooth. I can say she took me and my needs as a client above and beyond because of a person like her I am taking the time to give 5 stars review to this agent read more

I had applied online for a job posting and shortly after that I got a response from Andek Staffing for an interview. So I came in on Thursday for an interview with Kori which went very smoothly then immediately she scheduled an interview for me with the employer on Friday and then by Monday I was hired! The office is very clean with friendly staff and Kori my recruiter was awesome! She is very friendly and professional and I owe her a big THANKS! Wonderful agency. The staff is amazing. Everyone was very professional and kind. I will be recommending them in the future.

AnDek staffing was a nightmare to work with! My recruiter was very polite and nice to work with, but you could tell that her management did not care one bit about their employees. I had brought several matters to the directors attention that happened at my work site. One of which was constantly being physically pushed out of the way by another employee at my work cite. When I reported this matter to the director, he explained that he was documenting everything on AnDek's side of the matter (clearly wasn't) and that he would report the matter to the management of my work cite. Over that weekend, I was then let go from my position and was notified by an email, (not a phone call) on a Sunday that my assignment was ending and did not receive anymore information on why my assignment was ending. I was not offered another job position and then had a difficult time collecting my pay, due to their offices poor communication. I would not recommend anyone working here and suggest they find another staffing company to work with. This post is actually a edited post, because the staff at Andek asked me to write post before I actually started working at my work cite and I did not know this was how they treated their employees. read more

I found out about AnDek through a friend, they are such a great company and I would recommend them over and over again to family or friends in search of a job.
