After this first mishap .. the head bosses call me in to discuss what they can fix and what the issue was..Said from here on out everything would run smooth communication would be better. Y todo! But that's not the case .. this past week I've been calling asking about my check said it would be here Friday. I called them Thursday to double check with them .. they didn't know Mark said he would return my call to let me know. He did , thank you for that. He said it will be here by 9 I said I'll come in after that . I came in , my check was not here. They were unorganized again.. didn't know where my check was and saying oh it might be on the card. I said then why waste my time and tell me my check would be here ? You guys said first check is always live.. A friend told me of a position in his office. His manager said it is mine but had to get hired through BRS. Applied and was contacted. The BRS staffer made appointment with me, I came in and she contacted the company I was to work with. Informed the company i was to start in 2 week because I had to give 2 weeks notice to previous employers. I was to start November 9th and come in November 6th to finish the paperwork. I find out on November 5th that the staff had quit and BRS had no record of me to start on Monday. Nothing has been done to fix this nor have they communicated since then. Some commitment. read more

I met Griselda through my business. I own the Edible Arrangements in the city of Tustin. I just happened to be in the front when she walked in to pick up one of her multiple orders. I assisted her and quickly realized that she is a very customer and purchases a lot of arrangements to take to her customers. She had a great personally and we chatted for a few minutes. Upon her leaving, she asked me if I ever had the need for staffing services, to call her as she owned a staffing agency. As it turns out, I was actually hiring at the moment. I told her what I was looking for and she offered her services; but what caught my attention was that she had a genuine interest to help me with "no strings attached'! Now, that you don't see every day. To be completely honest, I didn't think much of it; but to my surprise she called me two hours after she left my store and already had three candidates lined up for me, and immediately coordinated and scheduled the interviews for me. Needless to say, I was blowed away, not only with her attentive and superb customer service, but also with her skills and ability to find people that met needs. I've been a business owner for over ten years and have dealt with many staffing agencies, from small to large; and have had nothing but problems because they saw me just as another business looking for help and they rarely met my needs.
