I worked a few days with Bravo Staffing at the EAA AirVenture show in Oshkosh Wisconsin. We set up booths and sold merchandise for The Flying Bulls. My experience, overall very very poor and unorganized. Karen was the owner of this organization and from the start the links sent to fill out information and communication was sketchy and set off red flags. I decided to go through with the hiring process and I was given pictures and written directions on the meet up spots to get my exhibitor parking pass and admission pass. Karen was very poor with communicating as the meetup points she sent to me were not even the right spots, and I was standing in the wrong location for over an hour, as I was told someone was walking to get me. After I tried verifying if I was in the correct spot, Karen seemed to not even know where I was supposed to be or where the manager of the booth (McKenna) was. I was supposed to start working at 7am, I did not even get my passes until around 8:40am. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was Bravo Staffings first time working with EAA, but as I finally entered the booth and began to work, nobody there had clear communication with each other. We had three workers walk off for over an hour with no notice, and when they came back McKenna did not say a word. Not only was this organization disorganized but it was very unprofessional. One of the workers had her older son working with her, he was either sitting on his phone or standing there pretending to be busy while everyone was else picking up the slack. Mind you, these shifts were 12 hours, meaning he was doing virtually no work that whole time. Communication between Karen and McKenna seemed to be nonexistent because when I was contacting Karen about where I was supposed to be or where the booth even was, she couldn't give me a clear answer since McKenna either didn't respond or gave a very vague answer. In my work experience this places first for being a complete wreck and waste of time. If you value your time do yourself a favor and don't work for this company or especially if it's with EAA. Karen either needs some extra tutoring or a replacement all together. Good luck. read more
