Established in 2025.
All Virtual Staffing started because we needed it ourselves.
Running a business, we kept hitting the same wall: the work was growing faster than we could afford to hire for it. Domestic staffing was too expensive. Overseas freelancers were too unreliable. So we built the team we wished we could hire — recruiting, training, and managing offshore talent to the same standard we'd hold an in-house employee to.
It worked. We began supporting Presotea USA in 2019, and before long franchise brands and insurance agencies were asking how we did it.
Today we place vetted virtual assistants — including offshore VAs who hold U.S. insurance licenses — with businesses across the country. We're still operators first. We staff for the way work actually gets done, because we're still doing it ourselves every day.

Hi, I'm Anthony Vu, founder of All Virtual Staffing.
I've spent my career on both sides of this problem. I own a commercial insurance brokerage and a franchise consulting firm, so I've sat where you're sitting — trying to grow without drowning in payroll, wondering whether the person you're about to hire will still be there in six months.
What I care about is placement that actually sticks. Anyone can send you a résumé. I want to understand your workflow, your systems, and what "good" looks like on your team before I match anyone to it. That's why our VAs are trained on real insurance and franchise operations, not generic admin tasks.
