Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience My experience with this agency was nothing short of frustrating. I was placed in a toxic work environment at Luxor Lifestyle Apartments and, instead of receiving support or advocacy, I was repeatedly dismissed and told to "just manage it." Despite reaching out multiple times with documentation and clear concerns, I was met with excuses and zero accountability. A temp agency's job is to support its placements, not abandon them when issues arise. Professionalism and empathy were clearly missing here -- and I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your career. After finding my resume via Indeed, The Liberty Group reached out to me about an opportunity I'd be a great candidate for at 2:03PM on a Wednesday. That same Wednesday at 3:04PM I replied confirming my interest in the opportunity and also provided a PDF copy of my resume. I reviewed the company website and applied to the role directly as well. The Liberty Group then emails me at 7:39PM with interview time slots of 9AM-11AM and 1PM-3PM, requesting I provide a time that works well for me. At 7:41PM I replied to this email from Linda Hillard confirming my interest once more and stating that Thursday at 10AM works best, however, I am open to other times as well. I never received an email reply or phone call in response. I have called a total of 9-times, leaving two voicemails, between Wednesday and Friday. I have not gotten a live person on the phone ever. The phone just rings endlessly and no one returns my calls. Hopefully this is not an indication of how The Liberty Group does business, as this is not a positive experience thus far. However, I will remain hopeful that possibly the staff are just overwhelmed with tasks and will get back to me and others like me soon. read more

Everytime i Call I am told my representative is no longer with the company (bad sign) Called in this week to see if there was work available and the newest rep Claire was very short with me and didnt sound like she had a clue what was going on. The Liberty Group is a great staffing company that is specifically designed for Property Management and all the jobs that come with it from leasing, to maintenance, porters, managing etc. I have been in the industry for several years now and when I'm not working for an actual property management company I work through The Liberty Group. I have worked at other staffing agencies but those agencies were not professional and seemed to always drop the ball. I have had pleasant experiences since I joined on with The Liberty Group. Curtis in the main office in Texas is a huge help and very straight forward and kind. Jenna from the So Cal office in the city of Orange (the office I work for) is AMAZING. Jenna is very supportive of the employees and knowledgeable and professional but still down to earth. Stephanie is also wonderful and will help you to be better in areas you may not realize are needed with constructive criticism but very respectful and also supportive. Tyler I have only spoken with him a few times but he is always nice and does what he says he is going to do. I HIGHLY recommend if you are qualified and looking for a staffing agency that will actually get you a good job at a great pay rate to contact them. Updating my review!! After being contacted again by this agency I'm giving them a better review! I was contacted by Stephanie the head person of this office. She apologized for what had happened to me the first time and asked if I would be willing to give them another chance. She stated that what happened to me is not tolerated and that she was super sorry. I have always wanted to do leasing and no one would ever give me a chance because I have no prior experience. Well I decided to give them another Chance and I'm glad I did. I was given a chance to be a leasing agent at a great property. I am loving it so far!! Everyone is super helpful and super friendly.
