Jorge seemed to care about my dryer situation, identified several problems, and helped fix them for no extra charge. They included: 1. Our dryer hose was crushed - he helped rearrange it, so it isn't crushed anymore 2. Found lint coming out of an access door - he taped the holes in the access door to prevent the problem 3. Our vent was clogged and our dryer flow sensor light was on and wasn't drying at all. Jorge and his crew came on time, were super friendly and professional. On top of that, they were respectable with our space and wore shoe coverings inside our house. Our clog was at the roof vent exit so they brought out their ladder and were able to clear it from the top. Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. If I could give more stars I would! Recently had a dryer delivered but delivery guys would not install as the build up of lint in the ducts were a fire hazard (20 years of not cleaning ducts). AJ (Jorge) is a fantastic communicator! He replied to my listing immediately, gave me a price on what we wanted done, scheduled me, and sent a reminder the night before. He and his two technicians showed up on time, put on booties over their shoes, checked the rooms where they would be working, and immediately got to work. They took photos and showed us the before and after pics of our air ducts, dryer vent, and fireplace. They put everything back in place when done, vacuumed any dirt (there wasn't much), and packed up, leaving our house looking like no one had even been there. Highly Recommended! I contacted AJ's Duct Services to come to our home in La Mirada and clean our clogged dryer vent. Our vent is almost 25ft long and they simply charged one flat rate for the service. Some other cleaners wanted to charge by the length of the duct. With the recent down pours my dryer vent/pipe located outside my house had gotten flooded and wouldn't allow for my dryer to dry my laundry. I have 2 kids that always need something washed so I knew I needed immediate service asap. We hired this business to come and clean our dryer duct. Our dryer stopped working and with it being fairly new we knew the culprit had to be something else. Jorge and his crew came on time, cleared our clogged dryer vent! This vent wasnt cleaned in a few years, so I'm sure there was a lot of lint build up. On top of it we had a lot of water in this vent (we had put in some clothes that weren't fully drained of water as our drain pump in the washer was broke, which pushed out the water into the vent). Anyhow, all of this just made things worse as the clogged lint now was wet, clogging the vent completely. No hot air was coming thru' despite the dryer running fine. These guys drained the water from the vent, dried it up as much as they could. All in all, very happy with the service...the guys were friendly, courteous and very professional.
