We've worked with Abraham now at two different houses, and both times he was ultra-responsive on all fronts. He responded to my request for a quote within minutes, as able to come to our house with a day or so of me reaching out, and turned up early to do the work. He was clear and upfront in all of his communications and dealt with us fairly -- he didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need, and actually ended up recommending a path for our project that saved us thousands of dollars while achieving more of what we wanted than our original plan would have. He and his crew work quickly and thoroughly. Within a very short period of time, they: cleaned two chimneys in our home, performed full safety inspections, on the chimneys, fireplaces, gas and gas lines, installed / replaced a flu vent, installed an entirely new gas log system (with remote control starter) in one fireplace and fixed the gas line on another.
