This company was great! The tech came out and solved the problem very quickly. He was kind and determined.

The rekey was fast, and provided a friendly service. I had to reschedule because the time initially I didn't have a long time time to wait. He waived the service call on the reschedule. read more

Fast, efficient, courteous. Paris was great. The deadbolt was stuck. Paris replaced it and cleaned up afterwards.

Great experience! They were early and got the job done quick. Very friendly and even offered advice for my Backdoor lock. I will be using them again! read more

Jesse from AJ locksmith came out in less than 2 hours. Very nice. Quick work. Reasonable price. Wore a face mask. Gave me 2 new keys. Tested them on all 7 locks and they worked great! Would recommend. read more

I called and received a quote to re-key a double cylinder Baldwin door $39 fee + $25 rekey. The tech showed up an hour late (did call to reschedule) and gave me a quote of $165 including 1 Baldwin key $19.50 and a couple extra keys. $52 PER side of the double keyed cylinder. I told him that was completely different than my quote over the phone and I was not interested - I'll find someone else. He negotiated it down to $98. No Baldwin key and I feel like it was scammy. Jacob was amazing. He arrived within the timeframe given. He quoted me a price but after realizing the job wasn't as detailed as originally expected, he only charged me for what was actually done. He was quick and personable. I highly recommend the company for future needs. read more

Super responsive when I messaged them through Yelp. Jesse came out the same day and looked at what I needed. He encouraged me to order a new lock and then would come out to install it once I received it. He came out today and changed, what proved to be a very labor intensive lock. He even came back when I was having trouble with the combination. Highly recommend!! Great guy! read more

No problem with the tech,David. He called to let me know his arrival He came to my house to fix my frozen gate lock. He was here about 30 minutes. I had a few concerns about pricing . After speaking to Joey( owner/ manager) we came to a satisfactory agreement . Joey is very professional and he sincerely wants his customers to be satisfied. I highly recommend Joey and AJ Locksmith read more

So thankful for AJ Locksmith and security! Joey helped me out and was very flexible with my timing. I was expected to close on a home a few weeks ago and I had already spoken to Joey about coming out RIGHT AFTER the closing. Long story short I didn't close on the home but a few weeks later I closed on another one. Again, with short notice, Joey was able to accommodate me to replace the locks in the home quickly and efficiently. He was on time and very personable - which is refreshing these days when it's easy to believe customer service is dead. It was a hot day and he had stopped to get some water on his way to my job. Not only did he think to get himself a water but he got me one too. How considerate is that?!! Joey did a great job and was considerate of my time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his kindness in providing several recommendations outside of the scope of his job. This says a lot about him and the company. They not only care about getting the job done, but they care about a job WELL done. I will definitely be using AJ Locksmith again in the future and recommending them to anyone I can. It's been a LONG time since I've received customer service as good as this. It's a family owned business and you can tell it's a good family. Thank you Joey! read more

Joey was so prompt and professional and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend using this company! He made the whole process easy and seamless! Appreciate everything! read more

Very professional service and the job was highly well done. Joey did an amazing and professional job changing my locks in my new home. I requested him to come earlier and he was able to accommodate my schedule. When he arrived he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the job and all my questions. He also did a minor adjustment for me free of charge. He did a very thorough job and was very professional throughout. I'm definitely calling him again for any other service requests and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Joey! read more

Joey is incredibly prompt, professional, and fair. I would recommend AJ Locksmith and Security to anyone.

Good price, efficient, friendly tech, and worked with my schedule to accommodate an early morning appointment so I didn't have to miss work.

The technician arrived several hours after the quoted time, despite multiple "I'm almost there" texts. However, they did a great job rekeying the locks at our new house and helping us access a locked attic space. Did a great job communicating what they were doing and identified the price before completion. read more

Very courteous and professional. They ensured my home was protected. Absolutely recommended

Jacob was great and efficient. Solid keys, not those aluminum ones that are easy to break. And he tightened up the locks as well. Just great service! read more

I called late Friday afternoon and Joey responded within 10 minutes. The service was scheduled for Sunday morning. Jacob was our technician and he was fantastic. We had an issue with the front door lock of our house. It was a little tricky but Jacob figured it out and did a great job. I highly recommend AJ's and a shout-out to Jacob for his expertise and courtesy. read more

My assigned technician got behind in his jobs and was running late - so to make sure I was covered, Joey came to my house himself. Really appreciate the customer service at a time when it seems like that's really hard to find! read more

We are happy to have found a good, reliable locksmith. They had an appointment available on a Sunday and Jacob texted to let us know that he was on his way (right on time). After assessing our problem, he cheerfully left to pick up the part we needed and came back shortly to finish the job. read more

AJ locksmith I thought was a little pricey. I've had 4 strokes so it took me a week to call and talk about the bill. Janay, hope I spelled that right, saw I was over charged. She was so quick to act and had my card credited within 5 mins. She said she truly appreciated the call. Her reply was "we want to make our customers happy ", and they sure did. The locksmith was prompt and knowledgeable. read more

Joey was professional, quick to respond, and prompt on arriving. He confirmed quote and appointment time and texted me about 20 minutes before his arrival. He worked quickly and efficiently and demonstrated use of new lock and tested keys. I'm very pleased with his service and will call him again and refer him to my friends and neighbors! read more

My whole door handle assembly fell apart and came loose from the front door. I called and they were able to come out the same day and rebuild the handle for me. Great service! They were very professional and helpful. They showed up very quickly despite heavy rain.

Jacob was the locksmith that came to help me, and he was very quick and friendly! A great service all around!

I really thought that I was going to be able to change the lock myself. I had the door knob off and had changed many a deadbolt. About a half hour into this I realized that was not going to be the case. In my opinion it was a reasonable cost and the gentleman who changed it, knew what he was doing. When I saw him have to air jack the door and jimmy the lock, I knew I was out of my league. I think he was in and out in under 20 minutes. I have their number saved and if I ever run into any more issues I'm giving these guys a call. read more

Great service by William Lankford! Very kind, professional, kept in touch on his way over to help. Patient with us as he waited for approval to access our storage unit so he could open the heavy duty lock that we lost the key to. Wore a mask and was extremely respectful. In the end he had to use a saw, and he did absolutely perfectly with no damage to the door. Impressed! read more

RIP OFF CON MEN He was 3 hours late. After reviewing work he quoted 350 to replace a broken front door lock and rekey deadbolt and garage door. They know they have you. After completion (which looked terrible) told me it was hundreds of dollars more stating he did not include this fee or that fee in quote. I should not have paid the $550 (which was a compromise of his ask), but he has my house key! 3 months later keys do not work. Can't say enough bad things about this crappy business. You know it's a scam when invoice doesn't contain any info on business. Generic yellow receipt, no phone, no address, no name. Got info from my credit card bill. I was in a hurry and got taken. Lesson learned. read more

I reached out to a few locksmiths to get an estimate for three doors to be rekeyed. Joe was one of the quickest to respond. He was very accommodating and understanding about trying to fit me in his schedule the same day. Josh, the technician, came out and he was very polite and professional. He was able to rekey the three locks in under an hour. I highly recommend these guys for any locksmith work that needs to be done. read more

Used AJ Locksmith to change the locks in a townhome I just bought. They were very responsive when I requested a quote on yelp. They contacted me within 20 mins. They gave me an option to schedule same day or the next day. I chose the next day. Adam came right on time and gave me a couple options for additional locks I wanted. He walked me through the options and did not upsell. He was also done very quickly. Highly recommend Adam. read more

When I called I was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes. And a technician call me and said it would be at least 45. And then he showed up an hour later.
