I said I didn't need my old fridge hauled away, just moved into to my ground-level basement. He said no problem, just tip the guys. When the two staff installers arrived, I told them what I wanted, and they demanded $80. I had every intention of giving them a generous tip afterwards, so that was awkward. They were careful moving the two refrigerators, but did an incomplete job installing the new one. You have to level the unit, so the french doors are balanced and will stay open and not swing closed on their own. They didn't take the time to do this, so I had to do it myself after they left. As with all contractors that come into your home, watch them, and make sure that they do what you are paying them to do.

When speaking with the rude and condescending manager who likes to speak over women instead of listening, he asked us what we wanted him to do...well, just follow through with your promise of delivery. Now you tell us that maybe you can get to delivering it at the end of this week, maybe next?? Unacceptable as a manager in a larger customer service oriented business. We have contacted corporate and are waiting a response. The next avenue is the Better Business Bureau. Especially after reading so many similar reviews about this manager. How this man is still a manager is mind blowing to me. You can't close the store to lift a finger and help deliver things you're required to fulfill WITH PAYMENT RECEIVED, but you'll sure as the day is long sit there and take more orders knowing full well you can't deliver the merchandise you've already sold. Aarons should fire this manager and save more people this enormous headache.
