She encouraged me to try dresses I didn't think I'd like and I had such fun exploring the styles. She really helped me gain confidence in my body image as well- I thought I could never wear a trumpet gown, but she found one that was actually quite flattering! I definitely recommend making an appointment at Aisle Chic! I found my dress here and had a great experience working with Lauren. I didn't expect to find a dress that day, but Lauren was great about staying in my price range and making me feel comfortable during the process. She provided guidance on dress options without being pushy. My sister and mom also helped pick out some options which made us all feel apart of the process. There's a huge variety of unique dresses, but be prepared that all dresses are buy as they are. You walk out of the store with the dress. Jess was phenomenal. I felt like I was looking at dresses with a good friend. She helped me find not one but two dream dresses. I was tempted to buy both but instead I made a follow up appt to bring my sis back to choose. Jess even made it so I could come back that same day! She offered just the right amount of help - she didn't push me but she helped me realize which dress was perfect. I will definitely come back for accessories. I went into this experience with an open mind and had no idea that I would received exceptional service from bridal boutique. I love how one appointment is block out at a time. It gives each bride all the attention & that way each stylist can concentrate on one bride. While filling out my info Jess sat by my side asking questions. I felt so connected to her. No other bridal boutique stylist really get tried to get to know me on personal level, not even their sister store Bella Bianca. She was absolutely phenomenal! She allowed me to look through all the dresses and let me decide which dress I was interested in. She wasn't pushy or forceful in purchasing a dress even through she knew I had other dresses in mind. I worked with Margot to find my dress. First, I will start off saying that I am the kind of person that knows a lot about what they DON'T like in a dress, but am not as sure about what I do like. The salon feels like a intimate designer boutique more than other sample stores I've seen, but with the bonus of having amazing prices off retail! Margot walked with me around the salon to pick out a few dresses and then after she got an idea of my likes/dislikes suggested a few. The first dress I tried on was the one Margot showed me and saw I had the biggest response to. When I put it on, I knew it was special and was going to be impossible to beat. Overall, the service was amazing!! They suggested a few tailors to work with, and I left in a little over an hour with my dream dress that I never would have been able to consider at a non-sample store! read more

I bought my wedding dress at Aisle Chic today and I will recommend this place to everyone I know who is getting married. Jenna was my stylist and she is an absolute sweetheart, I cannot compliment her enough. After offering us water and settling into a very cute bridal suite area, she gave us a quick tour of the shop which is mostly organized by style, and also pointed out where I would find dresses in my price point. She asked me my opinion on a few dresses to get an idea of my style and asked if I had previously found other dresses that I liked. Then I got to look for dresses I wanted to try on and she pulled a few as well. Now for the dresses...I will start by saying I would have been happy wearing every dress I tried on. The selection here is absolutely incredible and unique. Each dress is one-of-a-kind in the shop, and they sell you the exact dress you try on, which means they can sell them at great prices. Even though you are buying the floor model, every dress was in great shape and kept clean. Jenna was so sweet and helpful and gave me really useful tips for choosing a dress. She was genuinely proud of the shop and their collection, and that attitude was infectious as I tried on each dress and loved it. The second dress I tried on I knew was the one for me, and it was really emotional! I tried on 7 or 8 dresses in total and they really were all so stunning. Jenna showed me different veil options with my dress and options for how to bustle it. She also walked through the alterations I would want to ask for and gave me recommended alterations shops they work with often. Amazing!! Go here for sure. I almost never write reviews but this place is new and I had a fantastic experience. It's on the smaller side so it's got a nice boutique vibe but with amazing prices. I actually emailed after my appointment to confirm the name of my consultant - Taylor. She was great and picked the dress that ended up being my dream dress. It didn't look like much on the hanger at all but she was spot on - had everything I asked for/wanted, and though it's a Maggie Sottero, my love, it was $1200 instead of $1800. Great place and sooo much nicer compared to Sarah Seven located not too far from there (those dresses start at $2500 and they don't even have an actual fitting room, just a curtain!). There is a bit of pressure to buy so as to get a better deal, however, I think if you like the dress, since it's the only one; you'll get it or take your chances. This is a wonderful store! It was the first bridal store I went to when looking for a wedding dress, and it was the perfect choice for figuring out what I wanted. I really liked the approach that our consultant, Jenna, took of having us choose dresses that I would want to try, in addition to her picking a few. While I didn't find my perfect dress at this store, the experience helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for, and Jenna let us know that they get new dresses in all of the time, so if I didn't find my perfect dress, I could come back and have a slightly different selection. I'm not someone who typically enjoys clothes shopping, and I found the idea of wedding dress shopping to be quite intimidating, but Jenna really put me at ease and made it an enjoyable experience. read more

I had a few terrible experiences trying on dresses and I have to admit I wasn't looking forward to my appointment, but as soon as we walked in Maledon was there to greet us and made us feel very comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and was able to pick some of the most amazing dresses to try on. It was even fun! I had a great experience with Jessica at Aisle Chic who seemed genuinely excited to help me find my wedding dress. She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me dresses in my budget and preferred style. When I realized that my prefered style didn't suit me, she made suggestions and pushed me to try something outside what I had imagined but ended up being perfect for me. My mum lives out of the country and had to be Skyped in and Jessica was so wonderful to hold the phone and zoom in on all the details so that my Mum and I could share the experience. This boutique is amazing! It's a small, adorable place with an awesome selection of gorgeous dresses. When I went in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and helped look for the style dress I was looking for. Not only this, they weren't there just to make a sale, they wanted to ensure I walked out feeling confident, beautiful, and like a bride, which is exactly how I felt when I tried on and bought my wedding dress. This place is an absolute gem - i cannot recommend highly enough. I found them because 10 days before my wedding i had a bit of a freak out about the dress i had already bought. I called them, they were absolutely wonderful, understanding and so kind. They fit me in a couple days later. The salon has gorgeous, very high end dresses and the staff, particularly Lauren, were incredibly accommodating. They genuinely cared about what would make me the happiest. I ended up finding a dress that I really liked, but realized I like my original dress just a tinge more. I felt no pressure to buy and felt very supported by their team. I knocked on the door and the girl behind the desk totally ignored me I knocked on the door again and she looked at me and said I'm on the phone. I came here last weekend and Jenna was my stylist! Jenna is so sweet and kind!! I told her how I wanted a princessy dress and details about my fairytale wedding. Jenna pulled the most amazing, beautiful dress and wow did she deliver! The dress was so STUNNING!! I went alone and Jenna took many photos and videos of me in the dress. She even said we could facetime my mom but unfortunately she was unavailable that day. I wanted to let it sink in and be sure I wanted the dress. I could not stop thinking about it the next day and immediately made an appointment with Jenna to go back. Jenna again was so helpful and accommodating while I was trying to reach my mom on Facetime. I had the most wonderful experience at Aisle Chic. Alexi was very professional and warm. She quickly got a sense of my comfort level and style. She encouraged me to try on a wide variety of dresses without being pushy. When I told her that I had a few other appointments elsewhere she was very understanding and was available when I came back at the end of the day to see the dress I had tried on earlier that day. I didn't buy my dress from AC, but shopping for my dress here was about as good as it gets. The selection is great (quality over quantity) and they don't overpack the racks like some of their counterparts so the dresses are in GREAT condition. The woman who greeted me and my mom was so kind, warm and welcoming; she set the tone from the start. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. There was only one bride in the dressing room with her family (we arrived a bit early) and we had the place to ourselves shortly after they left. The setup of the salon is wonderful, since you're situated in an elevated area in the back of the salon with great lighting. The huge mirror and petite platform made for optimal dress viewing. My consultant, Jess, was great. She was warm, offered great advice, asked good questions and her strategy of only pulling in 3 dresses at a time (we tried on about 3 sets of 3 in an hour) to narrow done your choice and decisions is brilliant and moves the process along. She was supportive, respected my budget and kept us on track. I wouldn't change a thing about the experience. Even my particular mother had nothing but great things to say. I recommend AC to any bride looking for a stunning gown at a price that won't discourage you. Out of all the salons, this one was my favorite. Again, even though I didn't get my dress here I wanted to take the time to call out the wonderful service we received and recommend this salon to all other brides looking for a winning dress. read more

I visited Aisle Chic two weeks ago and had a fantastic experience with Jess. It was our last stop of four bridal salon appointments we packed in on a Saturday. Even though our energy level was waning a bit, Jess's genuine enthusiasm, positivity, and helpfulness made the experience the best of all. She took the time to describe the general styles in each section and was extremely knowledgeable about the design and fabric of each of the individual dresses I chose to try. She didn't hover or pressure us at all but was always there to answer any questions. While I didn't end up choosing the dress that I loved at Aisle Chic, Jess went above and beyond to make it a more realistic option for our budget. The only reason I didn't choose it was because I ended up finding one the next day at another salon that fit my style better. I would recommend this salon and Jess to any bride looking for a wonderful experience and great variety of dresses. I hope to return to find accessories/veils in the near future! read more
