I explained at my check in exactly what we were looking for. They had us wait for an hour and a half only to say that they don't do replacements at the store. instead, they would send the device out which would mean going at least 7-10 business days with no form of communication for my son. I can't overemphasize how unsympathetic and uncaring they were. I really do feel that if they were not going to help, they could have said so at the beginning.

I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up.
