We had debris coming from all of our faucets that looked like…read morerubber, and he immediately diagnosed the issue as worn-out washers in the under-sink angle stops (and not the water heater). He scheduled a follow-up visit once he had the parts, and because he had been here before, he knew exactly where our main line was located and shut it off quickly and safely. For us, that would have been a huge headache -- the shutoff is far from the house and mixed in with other homes in our small community. He went above and beyond, pointing out that the chalky dust on our fridge was likely from a bad water filter, and when turning the main line back on, he noticed and showed us a separate leak. That will be another (bigger) project outside of Washington Water Heaters, but I was amazed by his knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. On top of all that, Ryan was extremely friendly and kind with our three-year-old, which made the experience even better. We were so impressed with his skill, attentiveness, and genuine care. Highly recommended!

I've used them a number of times for my rentals. They aren't pushy and they don't try to sell you things or services you don't need. They have been the only company I've used for my rentals.     i called on the 30th of a april they told me between 4-6 called them they asked elton reschedule…read more for tomorrow may 1st around 8am called now between 9 &10 then after 1 they finally show talked to a few people because they weren't here yet. did the job even though my sister and i were trying very hard to throw him out! he was not understanding and he had heavy accent thought he was speaking english very heavy accent! could not understand him and got mad saying he was speaking english no he was not with that accent we couldn't get him to leave. i get they had a 79.00 thing going on but i said i called someone else they said they would for 69 and he said he would do it for 69.00 and after he asked about payment , i gave him the 100 i had and expected 331 he only gave me 21 back he said he'd take 69. then after started fighting with us telling us he loose the money. he'll loosecmoney not listening that he said he would and refused to leave when i said i had someone else coming flat out refused and just started working., snd when he left said ok you dont care about living . i called someone else to check what he did just in case ! never again will we go through kodiack they come almost 2 days late resechule 3 to 4 times show up at the last second refuse to leave to get work . i called someone not to just check his work, but he not just pissed me off but also kind of scared both me and my sister! talking about our health !! learn english instead of telling us you speaking it no your not!!!!!! ​

I should call out though that you might be able to save a few $ if you went with an independent but that's kind of the case for most home repair/servicing companies.     This company has changed. And not for the better…read more A week ago I called to schedule an appointment for a leaky faucet in my house. An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".

The week prior to our appointment we received two emails reminding us of our tech arriving between 8am and 10am. At 9:55 the morning of our appointment no one had arrived or called us. We called their office to see why. No answer. I left a message and headed to bed, (I work nights and needed to sleep). 10 minutes later I got a call from All City stating that the tech had arrived but wasn't able to access our neighborhood due to our security gate. The lady on the phone told me that I didn't include a proper phone number when setting up my appointment. The control box at our entry gate lists all homeowners and a way to contact us. The tech never called me. There is also an unlocked walk through gate the tech could use to access our neighborhood and walk 150 yards to my front door. The tech never thought or tried this simple idea. The lady who called me seemed more interested in pointing out how I was responsible for their tech not being able to get to our home than apologizing for the fact their tech hadn't arrived. She made no effort to find a way to get our fireplace serviced. Do yourself a favor and not use All City Fireplace. They are not focused on taking care of customers.
