I worked specifically with Christian and he had quite the job. My renter had out 2 locks & secret deadbolts on the inside only of both the front door & back door, he tried EVERYTHING in his power to do what he could to save me as much moneys as he possibly could but everything we thought of & tried (not due to his lack of experience) just seemed to fail & w ended up having to drill through several locks to even just break into or get access to the house. He spend 4 very long hours in 101 degree heat doing all he could to keep my bill down. Could brag on him enough.. that guy deserved an award for his efforts. But his company needs to give that man a raise. If it weren't for guts like that, that look out for the best interest of their clients is what companies names great. His customer service towards me was above EXCELLENT & I WILL not ever think twice in calling & requesting him again, he worked so hard & so tirelessly for me and STILL had to more clients after me and he got to my place at 4 pm and it was now 8 pm so he had an extremely long night ahead of him.
