There's a reason why this business has five stars on yelp; cannot recommend highly enough. I had been having my HVAC system "tuned up" twice a year by another company in town (name rhymes with Ball). Apparently the other company wasn't even using the right size filter for my furnaces! Air Plus came in and outfitted my two furnaces with the right size filters, cleaned my air return vents, and conducted a thorough review of my system, finding and replacing a nonoperational part that rendered one of my furnaces nonoperational. At the end of the service, they gave me two reports, one for each furnace providing suggestions and ratings for the functionality of each unit so I know what I should think about repairing / servicing next. They also offer an annual service package, which I will likely buy, because maintenance of my HVAC system is so important to ensure it's always operational (especially in the heat). My family and I were pleasantly surprised from beginning to end on the work that Jorge did. Due to rodents eating through my lines, he ran a new line from the condenser to the fan, replaced the transformer and thermostat that had blown. Our home warranty program put us in touch with Air Plus and I'm very glad they did. We knew we needed our 30+ year old HVAC system replaced (and some duct work issues addressed) when we bought the house. After getting numerous quotes from some of the big companies in town, Jose and Air Plus gave a very reasonable quote for a inverter system, duct work, and leakage testing. I was a little hesitant to choose a smaller company, but I can assure you these guys were awesome. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional and kept up communication during the install process. Near the end, they ran into a snag that required them to work an extra day, but Jose communicated the issue and solved it. But I had a lot that I needed to learn about what is included in a check. Mr. Delgado explained in detail exactly what he was going to look at. When finished, he wrote a detailed report, with specs on his findings, and explained everything. He was not able to flush my system because my condo complex lacked a water source.
