I was recommended JG climate Control by a friend after I noticed my AC was dripping water. To my surprise I was charged $160 to have air blown through the drain to unclog it. They insisted on checking the Freon even after I told them I had my Freon checked twice before within the year (home inspection 11/2022 and again 5/2023). No issues with my Freon were found. 3 weeks later my AC was dripping water again! I called to see if they could check free of charge and I didn't hear back until I called them a week later to follow up. While waiting for Hector to get back to me, I inquired with another company and worked it out on my own. By the way if anyone needs air blown through their drain I know a guy that charges $120 feel free to message me. Not only did Hector not care to help but he made it very clear that he would be charging for a second visit and until he investigated my unit he could not give me a price. I'm extremely disappointed. As a single woman I feel very taken advantage of.

Alex responded quickly and kindly accommodated to my schedule (A+). Within a day, he and Ivan showed up. They rapidly understood the problem and knew what to do. They ordered the part for me, picked it up at the distributor and returned next day to fix the issue. Problem solved. The icing on the cake came about when Alex noticed my unit was still under warranty and volunteered to get the OEM part himself at no cost. That is, no cost for doing that favor to me and no cost for part. Carvajal A/C saved me $400 right there!! Both Alex and Ivan acted professionally, showed up on time and were trustworthy.
