Yesterday I contacted Mr. Amauri Pardo via Yelp, for assistance with my home AC unit. It had been…read morebroken for a couple of days. He promptly answered my call, and said that he would come to my house, after he completed a job that he was working on. Mr. Pardo arrived in a timely manner. He went right to work, to solve the AC issue. He was very thorough with the AC inspection. Shortly after, he was able to find the problem. Through out the process, Mr. Pardo was very clean and tidy. He also answered a few questions that I had about my AC issue. He check the AC's electrical system, Freon levels, extracted trapped water that was inside the unit, cleaned the coils, etc. A little after one hour, my AC unit started to run back up again. Afterwards, he waited a little while to made sure that there were no water leaks, and to make sure that the system would continue running. Since the house was so hot, it took a while to get it entirely cooled. Overnight, my AC was working up to par. I was so happy! And so were my dogs. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Amauri Pardo once again, for my AC needs. He is highly professional, respectful, a good communicator, has great expertise, and is affordable. Call them FIRST for: HVAC Plumbing Electrical I've been working with this team since roughly 2012 when I was having problems with my York AC system. They worked with me and the manufacturer to fix the system under the manufacturers extended warranty over the course of two years when the original vendor couldn't get it right after 5 years of trouble. The only reasons it took 2 years is that I had a significant uphill struggle with the manufacturer honoring their warranty in year 1 and also because the system only failed to work during the hottest months of the year. Innovative did significant rip and replace of the original install and finally got the system working trouble free for years. In 2018 I purchased a new house and they installed my HVAC system EXACTLY the way I wanted it. They did an EXCELLENT job and I have had NO PROBLEMS for 2 years. PERFECT! They also removed the failed solar water heater and replaced it with a standard electric heater. The unit came from Home Depot and failed with 6 months. They came back and fixed (including managing the exchange) for the cost of labor which is totally fair. The faulty heater was not their fault. When I had city water installed at the house by a plumber (before I knew Innovative does some plumbing work depending...) there was some adjusting that was required by the contractor installing the city water lines. The contractor that came out highly praised the workmanship on Innovative's water heater installation job. That's not something I hear often. This year (2020) I learned that they do electrical work and worked with the team on work a previous contractor botched. The previous contractor installed a 220V outlet for an EV fast charging station. The original electrician's work failed after 90 days and they refused to come out and repair their work. The Innovative team was able to show me the burned out circuit breaker that was the point of failure in the previous work. They walked me through all of the issues with the prior installation (including wrong breaker size, incorrect wire gauge, incorrect outlet type which had caused me to purchase an adapter (which was incorrect)). They looked at the EV equipment I had and what I was trying to accomplish, obtained parts and redid all of the work for less than what I paid for the original install. I highly recommend this team! I am so grateful to Ernesto and the rest of the Innovative Cooling team for sticking with me through some very hard to solve problems, difficult manufacturer warranty issues and generally being just plain AWESOME!

I don't think I've ever had a more professional service experience in my life. My 25-year-old Rheem AC finally died. It was hard enough finding a company who works on condo units -- I called at least three and they don't work with condos -- but after reading the reviews of Ventilation Pros Corp, I decided to give them a call. Gilbert was able to fit me in the same day I called (Tuesday), arrived when he said he was going to, insisted the job be done the right way, with permits, ("that protects both you and me") and applied for the permit that evening after I approved the estimate. The next morning the permit was granted. It was a bit hectic that day getting all of the required paperwork to the management company so that Gilbert and his team could gain access to the roof the next day, but we got it done. (Gilbert was in contact with me that entire day to make sure I received all the documentation I needed.) The day of installation (today, Thursday), he arrived about 20 minutes early, ready to go. They had the job done about 4.5 hours later, and that includes using a crane to lift the condenser to the roof of my 4-story building, constructing new shelving for the unit, hooking it up, testing it out, etc. He and the two gentlemen with him were spotless and swept the floor when they left. Oh -- and I've NEVER had a service professional do this before -- before he left he said, "There's one more thing we need to do. You need to register your unit so you won't have any problems with the warranty. I can do it for you when I get back to the office, or I can walk you through it now." He then proceeded to walk me through the registration process on the Rheem website while I did it right then, online. Mind officially blown. All that's left now is for the inspector to sign off on the job, but I have no doubt this last part of the job will go smoothly. I will tell everyone I know about the high quality work done by Ventilation Pros Corp. They have a customer for LIFE in me!
