They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to check a bathroom pipe, but they completely failed to disclose that they charge a service fee just for the estimate. Many plumbing companies offer free estimates, so I was incredibly surprised and unhappy to see these unexpected charges on my bill. I had an air conditioning system at my house that had many problems, they had to redo the installation to get it to run properly. Not only did they do that but they changed a few parts that were not working properly and looked up the serial number on the unit and informed me that the parts were covered under a warranty by Rheem. I don't think people in the A.C business are normally that honest, if they wanted to they could have charged me full price for the cost of the parts and never told me about the warranty. Bad news - they blew the AC drain line pipe, which we discovered next morning; by that time water was dripping from the selling in the downstairs room. I called the company again and left voicemail.
