I ask him is there any power? He said no. He told me the part that suppose to supply have no power. I told him that he should know how to check them not asking me. He told me the power supply part cost about $400 so, I have to continue because I already spend $1,300+ for 3 inexpensive parts, charging me nearly $2,000, yet the issue remained completely unresolved. He is now claiming I need to replace the main board for an additional $1,600+. Why don't he just tell me ahead that I might have to replace everything which cost almost the same as brand new units. Strange experience. Booked through Yelp, turns out they "used AI and didn't know it" and didn't…read morereally acknowledge what was actually said in the messages. I was booking this for my senior parents so I wasn't on premise when they showed up. They ended up quoting hundreds more than they did on the messages, which is kind of the nightmare you're trying to avoid by looking for reviews and booking on Yelp. Surprise furnace cleaning fee they didn't quote at all nor did they quote that the main duct cleaning would cost extra. They did end up honoring he parts of the pricing "they" insisted they didn't quote but it took multiple phones calls, one to the guy on the job and another to their office. The guy on the job was short with me and nervously insisted he had to "get back to the job", the office was much more helpful but still said they didn't more how to turn these AI features off. Had I known it was going to be this price and hassle, I would've booked a different company. They did the job. They were late but did communicate that well. The whole thing makes me trust booking through Yelp less. Not rushing to use them again.
