Ruben has the required certifications and was able to get through the permitting process no problem. I am very pleased with the work. Ruben went out of his way to help select the best system and navigate through the various requirements of the City permitting process. He had special plenums and turn-downs custom fabricated so the smaller Bryant high-efficiency unit could fit on the pedestal for the older and larger unit without expensive modifications to the IB membrane roof. That saved me a lot of money. Before I could turn around the new unit and materials were ordered and at the site and the next day the unit was up and in.
