I am more that happy with the results. This was a long term project. Ray was my contact and worked with me. They waited for 6 months as I was waiting for rebates to get approved from my utility. This was just before the recent heat wave, so they worked hard to get it working before it hit. I now know that my old system was a POS. The new system has been excellent. I scheduled an appointment for them to come check out my house, and Rudy showed up right on time. They even sent me a text with live tracking on the day of the appointment, which was a nice touch. Rudy was really nice and patient. He explained the different systems and gave me a couple of options without trying to push me into anything. I'm still not sure which system is best for my house, so I haven't made a decision yet. My current HVAC is almost three decades old, but I'm not in a hurry to replace it.
