I called outside of office hours, but I was able to get in touch with, not a call center, but the owner Mitchell. He took my information down and informed me of potential times someone could come out the next day, with the afternoon being most likely. Well he called back not even 15 minutes later to let me know someone could be out there first thing in the morning. I received an email confirmation shortly after our call. The next morning, I had a text message letting me know Courtland was on his way. He showed up and inspected my outdoor unit and furnace. After awhile he let know that my unit was in good shape and only needed a cleaning and a new capacitor. I was shocked. In less than 24 hours, I went from being told I need to replace my entire HVAC for 16k-21k to a small repair that would cost less than $400. The filter was mounted to a 4x4 sunk 18" deep through the concrete.
