So this is some story, after 7 years of owning a heat pump I never knew it could work this good…read more My wife and I were resigned to the fact our heating was sub par because we had the two "big heater companies" come out and give us a list of why our stuff is broke. One of them said we were low on freon and tried to bend us over for 500 bucks, and when I got a second opinion the second big company said the freon level was fine. Neither of them fixed the machine, one said they wanted 15 grand for a new system, and the other was not helpful either. So after years living with a cold house and using emergency heat, I called this company and Tony sent Gabriel out and he put a capacitor on the machine and it works so well I can't even imagine it. Mine you we installed a pellet stove because of how bad this heater is, well our heater works fine, but the two large heating companies that work in Petaluma are horrible, I wont mention names. The one named after a guys name in the garden of eden wasn't as bad as the other company, but they wont even service you two months out they are so busy. These guys came within hours. After talking to Martin I gave them a shot, very satisfied, bill under 400 dollars and the heater works better then ever.

A friend told me she had hired Adams Heating and Cooling to install AC in her house. She said they had the highest ratings of any company in the area. I did a deep dive, read the reviews myself, and decided this was the company for me. Brian came out to inspect my place. Based on its size, he recommended two different Trane furnaces. They were available to schedule the install within a week of me giving him the go-ahead. His crew arrived at the agreed-upon time and did a great job removing my 40-year-old furnace. What a difference! I love my new furnace. It's SO quiet! It doesn't wake me up in the morning when it kicks on. Here are some words to describe my experience with Brian and his team: professional, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, kind, responsive, delivered what they promised, easy to work with, and integrity. Adams Heating and Cooling has earned my business, respect, and loyalty. Thank you, Brian and team!

Looked over 3 highly rated companies on Yelp for an estimate. All I was looking for was an estimate. Contacted the first two companies. With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. Should I need any furnace repair in the future, I without any hesitation, will contact Adams once again!

Called Nathan's Hvac Services, he came to our store, did a diagnosis, and fixed the freezer better than before. While he was at our location, he checked on all of our refrigeration equipment (we have a lot as a grocery store), he made sure all the maintenance was up to date. He found a few things that needed extra attention, like our on-demand water heaters. he fixed them and made them run better then when they were newly installed. He set up an equipment schedule for us. showed us what we could do ourselves, but also offered to maintain them for us. We needed heating and cooling in our storge area. I had gotten bids for a mini-split from other HVAC contractors, and they were all out of our budget. I asked Nathan for a bid, and it was significantly under the other bids, and because he did great work on our other equipment, we had him go ahead and install the heat pump. Boy, are we glad we did. The new mini-split works so great that we are looking forward to our hot Cloverdale summers. I told him that I wanted a way to remotely monitor the temp of our refrigerators and freezers. He did some research and presented a proposal, which was way under what I budgeted. We now have all our equipment set up to send an alarm if they reach a temp outside of our parameters, even our produce case. Nathan's hard work will save us thousands a year! Nathan's Hvac service is impeccable. We will use him again!

Despite being out of town at the time of his inspection, he provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision (including emailed pictures of the interior of the furnace). From there, the quote was sent immediately and, upon acceptance, the install was scheduled for the very next morning (rather important for a heating problem in mid-winter.). Next morning, just as I was advised the previous day, I received a text to let me know the installers were on their way. They arrived around 9am when they said they would and completed their install of our system by late afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I was offered another appointment, I asked whether they could provide a smaller arrival window since I had already spent four hours waiting for an appointment that had been scheduled incorrectly. They were not able to offer one. What was most disappointing was how the scheduling error was handled. I spoke with the same person who had originally scheduled the appointment, but there was no acknowledgment that the appointment had been entered for the wrong day and no apology. I was told they understood that the situation was frustrating, but that felt very different from taking responsibility for the mistake. I understand that scheduling errors happen. What mattered to me was how the error was handled once it was discovered, and unfortunately the response did not give me confidence in scheduling another appointment.
