    Spot on car seat

    So since no one would answer the phone I scheduled an inspection based off an article from top consumer reviews.com https://www.topconsumerreviews.com/vehicle-inspections/detailed-reviews.php Well the inspector came out the next day and sent me the report. He did find a small crack in the windshield which the dealer got fixed but nothing else. So I agree to buy the car and had it delivered. When it arrived I took a quick look at it and noticed a white spot on the black front seat. Also the impact bar under the back bumper had been painted over and did not match any thing close to the bumper color. So I contacted AIM and was put in contact with quality control. I sent them pictures and Michael in QR told me he would reach out to the Manager and District Manager. Well every time after that was told they were looking at it and so after 4 calls I asked for DM phone number. Contacted Lester DM manager and he told me did not know anything about it wtf! Left a message for Micheal in QR but did not hear back so I texted and told him I would be contacting my CC company as well as going on social media. He called me right away but would not admit the obvious that it was flat out missed and was not going to do any thing about it. Also tried to tell me looked like some one had cleaned the seat to imply the auto dealership did it after the inspection. Told him I used to own a Restoration Company and we did cleaning. Some thing was spilled on the seat which made it another color prior to the inspection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Took pictures of all cosmetic paint defects, undercarriage picture with a focal area of frame rust too. Pretty happy with results.

    Poor service, can't even schedule an inspection after 3 phone calls and their website doesn't work either and they admit it.

The charge was $25 more than the estimate but when I questioned this a refund was offered. Inspection was completed on a tight deadline as promised The problem: I didn't get the results. They had been sent yo an email address different than I was using. Several calls and messages leading up to my flight time didn't get a response so i had to take a chance and board the flight without the results. With only two hours remaining before finalizing the purchase, I got a brief summary that there was nothing major unexpected. The battery would need replacement within about a year. Whether this was the 12V battery or the HV battery? Didn't say. It was at the pick-up location 5 minutes to the meeting time I first got info that this was the HV battery that showed initial failure signs. There was no information about the cost implication ($22,000) and only the manufacturer's evaluation was said to be truly accurate.The inspector said the belief was this had been communicated by the owner (it hadn't and this is sort of the point of inspection). With no reaction or research time, the transaction was completed. Within 24 hours the ignition system no longer recognized either of the two keys and the driver's door handle stopped opening the door. Later inside the car i found written notes about the failed door handle. I don't know if these were the owner's or inspector's. Someone knew it was a problem in advance. I spent a 350-mile trip climbing in through the hatchback and no idea of the repair cost. The keys both needed batteries. $10. No big deal. Except they stranded me at 3AM middle of nowhere with no replacements available. I haven't read the actual report yet to offer an opinion of quality in the write-up or formatting. There wasn't much point in reading a pre-purchase report after the purchase. If I do read it I may add an update or change my rating. So some aspects of this inspection were correct but the final result did not achieve the goal of making an informed decision and avoiding issues. At most I can say it only served to validate the enormous problem i might be facing.

I can say that this shop appreciates my business and treats me well. They'll sometimes add extra touches, such as a quick wash or swapping in a new part near something they're working on without upcharging you. This is a trustworthy, high-quality service. Shout-out to both Fernando and Doug who I've worked with on multiple occasions. This is my first choice whenever I need service.

I first spoke with Doug, asked a simple question, and he left me on silent without any communication. I called back and spoke with Fernando, and he actually hung up on me. For a shop that has so many great reviews, this was extremely unprofessional. Customer service should be the foundation of any business, especially when dealing with potential customers who are looking for help and willing to spend money. Employees who behave this way clearly need proper training on how to communicate respectfully -- and honestly, behavior like that should not be tolerated. If this is how they treat someone just calling with a question, I can only imagine how things would go once the car is actually in their hands. Because of this experience, I definitely would not trust or recommend this shop.
