As someone who has worked in Customer Service for 10+ years, I've gotten really great at taking stuff with a grain of salt. It's totally fine for people to not be having the best day, that's real life and it happens. But the woman that assisted me at this store today was not having a bad day, was not frustrated, she was straight up rude and I'm not really sure why. I was so kind from the beginning because I was there to get something notarized that I have actually been looking forward to completing for months now, and I was super happy to have that final completion stamp, and even though I had a kind demeanor, she got meaner as the transaction went on. She had a hateful attitude the entire time we spoke, full on rolled her eyes two different times, and sighed so hard that her breath hit me across the counter. (Which wouldn't have happened if she had a mask on, I mean, we are still in a pandemic, but that's a different issue) It was honestly just really disappointing and I wanted it to be pointed out, because I don't know why this had to be this way. We love this mail:shipping service! We use it for personal and business mail. Our company sends and receives mail internationally on a regular basis as in several times a month. We ship out of state monthly to friends and family. The staff is always friendly and offer a military discount for my husbands 28 years of service and we sure appreciate that! Don't buy postage stamps here unless you don't mind paying a 20% surcharge. Paid $12.00 for 20 stamps that would be $9.80 anywhere else. Their website says they are USPS Authorized shipping service. I called the Aim home office and they said the stores are franchised and they set their own prices. Called the local store and they said yes, that's what they charge. I'm taking mine back for a refund. What a rip-off. read more

They used to be great before they changed owners. They lost 3 of our packages, 2 of which are still missing and all I got from Mike the owner was "sorry". I wish the old owner hasn't sold. We've been a customer for 4 years and no issues until now. Disappointed. read more

This business has been a huge help to me in the past 2 years since I moved to Weatherford. When I first moved here I needed to UPS a package and the owner had already locked up and was getting into her car. When she saw me get out of the car with a package she happily opened the shop back up and took care of me. They have also served as a notary for an out-of-state home sale and shipped Fed Ex overnight. I really appreciate all the services they offer but also their friendly and caring attitude. read more
