I have come to this aim mail center a few times. Last time I was in, I bought a roll of packing tape. The role seemed to be defective from the manufacture, so I took it back to the store and they exchanged it no problem. I appreciate their effort to do right by the customer. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I live nearby and have used their services on multiple occasions, without incidence. Last week I mailed out 2 time sensitive packages, both certified mail, and I paid extra to ensure that they would reach their destinations ON TIME. It cost me $40 to expedite. Neither package reached its destination, and it has been 10 days now. In fact, once I tracked the packages, they both WERE NOT MAILED OUT FOR 2 DAYS AFTER I DROPPED THEM OFF. What a scam! I have been to this location several times now. The owners were very nice and professional. I had to send important documents last Saturday 30 minutes before they close and they managed to check that my documents was sent to the correct address with a right carrier. They even stayed over 40 minutes because I forgot to attach the check! Great service and I'll definitely visit them soon! read more

Agreed that this place doesn't provide the warmest service, but what is unforgivable is they misplaced a prepaid package I had dropped off there for delivery through USPS, and the receiver never got it. Go the extra mile and go somewhere else. It'll be worth your piece of mind. read more

Rude people that hangs the phone up of they cant help you! They packed and shipped a computer for me. Getting the insurance money back from them is like pulling teeth. They also, wont refund the packaging costs, even through they packed it in such a way that it broke. RUDE people - STAY clear. read more

This location is near my house which makes it convenient. Came in to mail out package and they provided outstanding customer service. The owner (Kwan) is a very nice person who is very helpful and honest. Trust me in that it was so easy to mail out here instead of at Fed Ex location on Barranca. Horrible service! I really hate bashing anyone but they are not customer friendly very COLD, emotionless, robotic and uncaring of your questions or concerns! Don't believe me well read on.... I went in to ship some important lab work out via fed ex, label printed taped on box ready to go I walk in to the center and its like a ghost town empty, a minute later a guy I saw on his phone outside strolls in still on his phone laughing on am obvious social call walks behind the counter grabs the box glances up for 2 seconds and says two words "ok tx"and then back to his conversation and walking away!! WTH(F) so I say I'd like a receipt for the tracking number and this guy actually hands me a post it and a pen and points!! I wrote down the number I hope everything goes ok but wow what a complete substandard establishment.... I wish nobody bad but they are always empty for a reason, great customer service leads to success and you guys aren't gonna be so successsful unless you change!!! read more

The people who run and work at this location feel as if they are providing the public a free service. By far one of the rudest staff, ownership I've encountered in retail, services. From the moment you walk in they make you feel as if you're not welcomed. The Irvine Company should be embarrassed to have allowed such unprofessional management operate a business. read more

In summary, I will never go back. I am a middle age professional with a busy work schedule with little extra time. I have used this center numerous times because of their close proximity and they are always always always rude rude rude. I am bitter I have to give them one star rather than negative stars. Amazing to me they are still in business. Both the woman and the man are equally rude. The owner should get a clue. read more

I've been a patron of Aim Mail Ctr in Quail Hill since they first opened years ago. I highly recommend them. With all the personal mailbox establishments out there and so close, this store is still the best. In all the years renting my mailbox only one time I didn't get my mail-- and it was the US Post Office's fault, not Aim Quail Hill. Also, this location is so popular and good with it's services, like the USPS and ANY OTHER BUSINESS that does high volume customer service and / or transactions LIKE UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, you will have some errors... it's part of life; no matter how much we don't want it to happen, because of the human element. With the volume of business and repeat customers Aim Quail Hill has on a daily and annual basis, you'll be hard pressed to find a better location to handle your mailing, notary, and print needs. Every major holiday there's a line to get packages shipped. So to Tawna R who commented on 4-23-2014 saying her package wasn't mailed out, you've left out some important questions to be fair to Aim Quail Hill: When did you transact this shipment? If it was after mail/package pickup and on or near the weekend, that makes a difference. Secondly, SCAM? How so and on who's part? You say it wasn't mailed out for two days? By whom? Aim or the end carrier (whom you don't define, e.g. USPS?) Did you keep your receipt, did you pay for insurance, did you get re-reimbursed from the entity that erred? I do a lot of business mailing thru Aim Quail Hill including packages and regular mail with no problems. Your experience was bad. Agreed. Yet not a fair characterization of the shop's overall rep. Also if you are a real Yelper and wanted to give a negative rating then why did you give a star rating of 1/5 instead of none? Plus you say you've used their services on numerous occasions "WITHOUT INCIDENCE". This suggests you, like others have enjoyed the service you've received from Aim Quail hill and your complaint was an isolated incident. How come you never yelpped Aim Quail Hill prior, with a positive rating and statement? Recently I had an isolated incident with an online order. They first shipped it by a major overnight carrier and then via the USPS for delivery at Aim Quail Hill. Both the major carrier and USPS screwed up but Kwan, Aim Quail Hill's owner and Josette, his assistant, both helped me track down the package and get it... all be it 3 days late. But none of it was their fault and they didn't have to do that. I was so over the top with their help I decided to yelp them today. Bottom line: Aim Quail Hill comes highly recommended, even the local businesses use them... daily. And to Julia J on 8-29-13 who whined about the customer service demeanor? I don't see you complaining about the Post Office's or UPS / FedEx attitudes at their stations. Get real people. If this Aim Mail Center location really sucked, it would have been noted a longgggg time ago. And the comment from Darren l on 12-17-2009... you sure about that? I've never had that charge. And it's also a convenience store... really Darren? REALLY? P.S. Aim Mail Center Quail Hill is not starving... they've had to expand more private mailbox space, recently. read more
