Love this place. My only complaint is I had to get something notarized and Jon helped me and didn't have his mask covering his nose the entire time. Truth be told I hate coming in here. Sorry. Unfortunately, there are still some people who live under rocks and still rely on fax machines. I prefer to scan and email documents. I don't have any use for fax machines, so I have to rely on AIM from time to time. I just get really frustrated with the service. It's like walking on egg shells around some of these people. They get so easily frazzled if there are more than three people standing in line. It's not brain surgery guys. Its just mail, faxes and copies. No one's gonna die. read more

Yes, the post office boxes are a tad more then at the post office, however, they will accept packages on you behalf - send you notifications when it arrives, notary services available, all postal services readily available, and they are so nice and polite! Our experience with AIM Mail Center has been very pleasant. This is our second year. They have handled special mailings very efficiently and the day to day package and mail deliveries have gone without a hitch. Mike is attentive and makes sure our needs are met. I have liked his staff and have been sorry to see some of them go, but the new hires have become friends quickly as well. I had shipped a giant package of fabric rolls from here last year to Ohio. The package got lost in transit....it was HUGE so a bit confusing. However, the service here is good with most of the employees and they auto insure your package up to X amount of dollars so that was nice. They also handled the claim so I didn't have to deal with it. It would be nice to get offered extra insurance when shipping a package as I totally would have bought it. read more

The reason I choose AIM goes under the heading I call "life is too short" Life is too short to deal with people who aren't nice or pleasant Or who don't know what they're doing. With AIM every time I go in there no matter who I get, they have a big smile on their face, they're ready to help ,they're professional, and thank goodness they know what they're doing!! They are way over priced and will nickle and dime you to death. I spent over $800.00 changing my business stationary, checks, etc., etc., when they changed location/address and I never complained, and I also put up with her attitude for years, yet Stephanie Lee refused to wave a $10 late fee on my 6 moth mail box renewal because I was out of town in China and could not call them to make a payment for a couple of weeks. If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would. I called today for a passport renewal quote. Was quoted $110.00 over the phone. I arrived and the cost was $110.00 and then &50.00 on top of that. I guess I spoke to the Manager and stated I was quoted the $110.00 and the person I spoke to e en admitted it. They would not Honor the quote I was given. This is my South Orange County place to go to for NOTARY and drop offs. I've never had an issues with this location, which is why it's one of my go to places. Dealing with real estate I need to deal with notaries, document shipping, and faxes. Yes, faxes...and that's why I go to places like AIM Mail Center and Postal Annex. I haven't shipped FedEx or UPS from them but I've done drop offs so that's the extent of my shipping. As for USPS - Post Office service I usually do that at the post office not at these type of locations. They mark up the prices, which I understand why since they do since they don't get a price break from the USPS. (E-bay'ers just go to the post office for those nickles and dimes. I always see them complaining at these locations and I just want to say that.) Though the times I do use them is only for time related convenience because I use USPS when I have to deal with CA court related documents. read more

When it comes to shipping anything, these guys are the best! Mike, Patrick, and the staff at AIM are professional, very helpful, knowledgable, and courteous when it counts. I had to ship an entire five piece drum kit across the country to a buyer on eBay. The staff took extra care and went out of their way to make sure the kit was packed safely and securely, while finding the absolute least expensive method of shipping the oversized box. I go to AIM Mail Center at least twice a month if not more and I absolutely love it there. It has a very friendly and effecient staff and pretty good prices. It is in a great location with lots of parking. Its right across the street from where I work so I can run over there for work and on my break for personal reasons. They also do passport photos whenever you want unlike the post office where there are set times that you must go. They are less expensive too. I highly recommend! read more

caution!! no security ! no privacy protection whatsoever! i called to get their e/m address, said i would be e/mailing them my employer insurance enrollment form, filled out, and i needed them to print it out for me when i got there, so that i could sign it and fax it back to my employer. to my horror, i walked into the public store and found my private document on display for anyone who walked into the store to see. it was open on a public laptop, facing the front door, with the inbox open and my file available for anyone to steal my identity!!! my social security, date of birth, name, address, phone, it had it all on display to the public! i was sickened !!!! this is so irresponsible, i am contacting the attorney general of ca in the morning and reporting this business. They cannot be trusted and are beyond negligent. read more

I finally learned how to write a review and get online to do it, which is some indication of how much I need something like this Airmail Center to get my vital clerical and printing work done. The staff at the Airmail Center in Dana Point is helpful, very competent, friendly, and reasonable--quite a rare find these days. I have been going there for years and years and have had all kinds of tasks for them to do, all of which the guys have done with great expertise and a smile. An example will illustrate: in writing my review, I had trouble finding how to do it without joining all these mindless "social" networks. I mentioned my problem to one of the staff in passing. The nice red-headed employee at the Center (I am terrible with names--but never forget a face) simply suggested I Google their AIM's Center (if that is indeed what had wanted to do) and the review page on Yelp would appear in one of the first hypertexts, then go on from there. A simple task if you know about it, and he did! And here I am . . . The owner/manager is hands on and there much of the time, ensuring a great level of service--not that he absolutely needs to with this wonderful staff. I hate working office machines and fooling with mailings and whatnot, and for someone like me, this is THE PLACE. I never to to the other BIG chain now, where service is non-existant and you have to put in our credit card if you want a paper clip, or send up a flare to talk someone about a problem.
